Boasting splendid sea views and enjoying a quiet setting just 15 meters from the beach, Apartments Franka Saplunara is located in the small village of Saplunara on Mljet Island. It offers free parking and a furnished terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
This double room is going to offer you a terrace with marvellous sea view, refrigerator, fan and a bathroom with shower and free toiletries.
A grocery store is in the property.
There is a private berth at guests disposal if necessary.
Owners can offer you washing machine or laundry service. In case you are interested in breakfast, lunch or dinner owners can accommodate your request.
Breakfast is 5 € while lunch or dinner are provided for the price of 13 €. Everything can be arranged with the owners once you arrive at the property.
Mljet National Park, with a monastery on the islet in the middle of the salty Big Lake, is within 40 km.
Sobra Ferry Port is 15 km from the Franka Apartments. It has frequent links with the Pelješac Peninsula and the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik. Shuttle service from and to the ferry port can be arranged upon request and at an extra cost.

It was a vacation in the true sense of the word, without television and the internet, just a wonderful nature :) so much to see and explore. I'll definitely come back!!!

We have come to Mljet for the first time and travelled it whole - and actually this was the nicest beach where Franka apartments sits on. If you love to swim in the morning - this "uvala" has very calm and warmer sea. Down the accommodation is opportunity to swim whilst not even touching the sand - other beaches are sand beaches - which reminded us of Greece. Beach has nice sun shields made out of wood and palm tree leaves. It is definitely a place for little kids. We usually tend to go for pebbles beach holiday but we really enjoyed the softness of sand for twist up. In Mljet there is definitely less tourists than everywhere in Croatia I have ever visited - we kind of got to a point we missed crowds with people so we took a trip to Dubrovnik - which was 2hrs by ship from near port Sobra. (And it was really crowded so than when we got back to Mljet we were happy to be again in this lovely place - not so overcrowded. Our hosts were amazing and always there for us if we needed anything. Is is lovely couple and they run a small grill place under apartments to have a nice dinner - great fresh fish. /in 10 days we went for one I think 4 times/ There was nice internet connection - but we have sometimes no signal on island so definitely not for people that requires solid connection anywhere anytime. We enjoyed being online and out of reach - where if not on holiday, right? Top floor of the building was Studenac market - very handy for breakfast, icecream or so. Every room has view to the sea so all of you can experience this fresh morning, which we go for holiday mainly for. Definitely check the national park and have a lovely holiday when you hit this place!

The apartment was good and the people from there were kind and nice . The views amazing from the room and the place quiet just on top of the beach ! The only thing was the wifi connection , didn't work properly. We recommend have dinner in the same restaurant of the apartment , really good !
