Villa Katarina is a self-catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik. The unit features free WiFi, air conditioning with a private bathroom with bath.
Guests can relax on Katarina’s sunny common terrace, or in the pretty garden.
The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can also find a grocery store and a bus station in 200 meters range.
We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 15 minutes walk from the property. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 7 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Charming appartment, within walking distance of town, nice quiet street and lovely owners.

We had this room and a triple room at the front. The owners are related so are classed as the same accomodation. The accomodation is outside the old city so be prepared to walk and for steps! That said we were happy to do so and we knew beforehand. The owner and family were friendly and willing to help with any queries we had. The triple room had a fridge,kettle, cups and glasses as standard. There is a large terrace area to sit on and we liked to eat breakfast there. We asked for plates which were readily provided but maybe they could be in the room anyway. The accomodation was clean with plenty of storage space. There is a shop nearby to buy basics and has fresh bread and pastries every morning. I would stress how friendly and willing to help the owner and family are. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

We were warmly welcomed by our host, and found the accommodation completely right for us.If you are not as active as myself and my wife, you may find the 50+ steps up to the apartment not to your liking. The colourful garden was also a lovely bonus.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a ver good mattress. The kitchen is all you need for a short break. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They made us coffee every morning and gave my husband a gift when they realised it was his birthday. The location is very quiet so we slept well every night. It is only a 12 minute walk from the Old Town. We can't vouch for the wifi because we didn't use it.

Very accessible. Easy walk to the Old City. Grocery stores on both sides. Kind owners and I got spoilt with fresh fruit and veg fresh from their allotment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Dubrovnik. I would recommend Villa Katarina highly and would stay there again in the future

Todo fue perfecto. Tomislav fue muy amable con nosotros. La casa estaba muy limpia. Tiene muy buena localización, cerca del casco antiguo y también muy cerca de la playa. Volveremos ha repetir sin duda.

El dueño, muy amable y atento. Nada más recibirnos, nos contó qué ver, cómo ir a los sitios, dónde comer, etc, mientras nos invitaba a una limonada. Además, tiene un huerto y nos dió tomates! Tuvimos un problema con la conexión a Internet, y en cuanto se lo dijimos, intentó solucionarlo. El apartamento, pequeño pero tiene de todo. En su minicocina puedes cocinar la compra del supermercado que hay al lado, y luego tomar la comida en el patio con mesas que tiene el apartamento. Todo bien y limpio, a excepción de q había bastantes hormigas, de vez en cuando alguna lagartija por el patio,.. Por otra parte, está a 15 min de la Old City y a una media hora andando a la estación de autobuses. Hay que subir en la calle unas cuantas escaleras, pero suele ser normal en Dubrovnik. Recomendable.

Well located. Great service. The man running the apartments is helpful and very kind. He gaves detailed info about the city and welcomed us with great cheese and bread and even shadered some of his vegetables from his own garden.
