Overlooking the Adriatic sea this lovely apartment with a furnished terrace is perfectly fit for up to five people. It features  free WiFi, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it is combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper), towels as well as bed linens are provided.

Apartment Eulalija is located in quiet part of Dubrovnik, Lapad. The property is a 5 minute ride away from the Old Town with a bus stop just across the street.
There is a free public parking at a location near by.

Very clean, lots of towels, dishes etc. Owners were always on hand to help with questions.
Better directions would be to get off bus at hotel lero, had a hard time finding correct bus stop to exit on when first arriving.
Even when I went back and looked again I could not find the red sign to the left?
Nice beach accessed by stairs at el torro, hard to find at first.
 There are 3 konzum grocery stores nearby, 2 outside old town gates, and one inside old town, took me a while to figure this out as well.

Nice stay

We spent very nice day and night in Dubrovnik, including very clean appartment. We met very kind stuff, they helped us to parked our car in their own parkplace, they showed us way to old town,... very good experience with them.
We lived in very, very cleand, comfortable appartment with all accommodation.

our rest day

New apartment, beautiful, with full of equipment (in kitchen and toilet), with panoramic views to the see.
Is a Little far from the city center, its dificult to Access by car. Also has a private parking but not near from the apartament.
Several problems with the Wireless connection and also the Tv signal didn´t work due to this internet disconnection.

Great apartment far away from city center

It was absolutlely fantastic! The girl was really nice and helpful, the apartment had more than everything! A lot of things you would never except and i saw never an apartment who was that clean! Perfect!

FANTASTIC!!!!

Our visit in the apartment was great. It was only a short walk from the old city and perfect bus communication. The owner was super nice. It was a LOT of stairs with the luggage before the owner showed you the &quot;shortcut&quot;. We were very happy and could not have lived better for such a small budget!

Perfect location

This is well positioned to catch bus 4 into old town and bus 7 to port. Not suitable for the elderly carrying luggage up stairs to flat. Nice hosts - but place feels private. Viwe is from side sitting area. Enjoyed brief stay . 

Nice practical appartment

The room is large and the equipments are varies. It has a big bedroom for 4 people and there are a kitchen useable and a bathroom secret. 
It has a very good view of the sea and the port if the weather is good.
The owner is very nice and has no problem to talk with English.

 Very comfortable accommodation

Good apartment, with all you need. Well equipped kitchen. Good bed. Good bathroom with lot of hot water in the shower. About 2 km to the old cyty, and 1,4 km to the new harbor. In 400 meters there are 2-3 bakery's, 1 supermarked, 3-4 restaurants. Easy to find the way to old cyty. 

Value for money

There were alot of steps up to the apartment from the main road. You had to be very fit especially in the heat. Not recommended for anyone in a wheelchair or not able to climb many steps. Once there the owners showed you a short cut, which although had steps were much less and easier than the main entrance. No lighting, but a torch was provided.
Easy walk into old town Dubrovnik, next to and slightly above Hotel Nero. Apartment was all you could ask for. Lounge with small kitchen, sink, cooker,oven plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sat TV, internet, dining table. Bedroom had a large double bed and single bed, very comfortable and plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed. Lots of towels available. Couch in lounge was also a basic double bed settee. Bathroom had a shower, no bath which was powerful although a tight squeeze. You also had a hot water tank so you either had to be quick with your shower so you could both have one or wait for the water to reheat. There was a compact 7kg washing machine in the bathroom, very useful. The owners were beautiful and extremely helpful. Beers and apple juice on arrival, fresh made Strawberry mousse cake part way during the stay and pastries as we were leaving. Would definitely stay again even if to just be able to say hi to the owners. Excellent property.

Excellent base in Dubrovnik

I had an amazing time staying at this apartment. It has all the facilities you could need, the apartment is imaculate and it is ideally located, just a short walk from the old town. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent two weeks in Eulalija 2017. The apartment is nice and everthing worked out fine. There are over 200 steps from main street up or 150 down from the parking lot. If you have bad knees then this is not your choice. 
Central location helped us so that we walked down to old city and harbour. We had a rental car but the traffic is so wild that it is not enjoyable to drive. Small markets are relatively close.
In the evenings we spent a lot time on terrace. The view is beautiful and Barn Swallows flew close to the terrace until 20.30. At 20.45 came the bats and the air show continued silently. These artistit showed up punctually!

Very quiet place with a pleasant terrace. 
Apartment clean and well furnished: you find all what you need and even more.
Hosts are nice and helpful: fresh juice in the fridge and homemade cakes.

Excellent! 

Stayed for a week at Apartment Eulalija. The apartment was everything we wanted, very clean, lounge with a well stocked kitchen, large bedroom with a double and a single bed and great shower. Wifi great.  The steps up to the apartment were daunting but once we were shown the shortcut it was fine. We were greeted with very welcome fresh orange and cake bars. A comfortable stroll into the Old Town took us about 25 minutes, it's about 15 mins the other way to Lapad and the lovely coastal path to Babin Kuk. We loved the apartment, the walks, the great Italians nearby (Vita Bella). The hosts were lovely, the family lived upstairs but we're not intrusive in any way and on hand if you needed to ask anything. Thanks for a great week.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
