The apartment is very good located, 2 min away from the main street  (Placa Street) in the old town. It is composed of 3 floors like a typical croatian house: on the ground floor, there is the bathroom,  on the first and on the second floor, the 2 bedrooms  (2 single beds and one big bed ). On the third floor, there is the kitchen. The check in must be done after 2pm but as we arrived in the morning in Dubrovnik,  we left our luggages at the rental office (near the old town) at 11am and met later in the afternoon the guy in charge of the check in to get the keys.  The guy was very nice because he took himself our luggages from the rental office to the apartment.

The workers of the local agency in Dubrovnic -specially Roamno- are really helpful and efficient. 
Two important things to know about this apartment that do not appear in the description:
This is a four (4!!!) floors apartment and the stairs are really narrow and high.
There is not really air condition. There is only one small installation that cools only the kitchen a little bit.
These two things should be said before renting and because of this the price should be lower.

Great location and very traditional feel to apartment. Bathroom leaks, no tea towels provided and little soap.  Would recommend apartment if these little things were improved upon.  The look of the apartment itself is fantastic.

Great location adnd apartment looks great but underlying issues

The house is wonderful decorated like the old houses. The view is great too from the kitchen upstairs.
The hosts were welcoming and cooperative as we were delayed in arriving. The place is centrally located so easy to travel within.
The old world charm of the apartment blew our mind and made our stay memorable.

Fantástico. No és un apartamento es una casa estrecha, que tiene 4 plantas y una extraña distribución ya que la cocina está arriba del todo, pero de las que se pueden gozar de unas maravillosas vistas de Dubrovnik. El chico que nos recibió muy amable nos dejó un número de whatsaap para cualquier consulta y un mapa con todo tipo de anotaciones, restaurantes, excursiones, mercados, lugares para tomar copas... vamos lo recomiendo mucho. Lo único que puedo decir un poco en contra es que está ciudad tiene muchísimas escaleras y que la casa está en una de esas calles en las que el spinning diario lo haces gratuito. Por lo demás muy bien. 

Muy recomendable y cómodo 

Apartment was very central, within the walled city. We were attending a wedding at Sponza Palace so location was perfect. We did have to walk up about a hundred steps to get to the apartment  (not easy with heavy suitcases) but as we are both fit and healthy this was not a problem. Might be for the less well mobile. The apartment was on four levels, bathroom on ground floor, up to a bedroom with 2 single beds, up to another double bedroom, up to the kitchen. However, you do have to walk through each room to get to the next so if you're  in the double bedroom and  need to go to the bathroom in  the middle of the night you have to walk through the other bedroom to get there. Not ideal.  The apartment was clean, there were plenty of towels but lacked some basic facilities,. I would expect to have a couple of toilet rolls (had to go straight out and buy some), the towel rail in the bathroom was broken, no toilet cleaner or bleach (I don't expect to have to buy that sort of thing when away). The wardrobe in the single bedded room wouldn't open fully, and was not big enough for a knee length dress (we were attending a wedding so had to hang our dresses on the outside of the wardrobe, not ideal. The same was true of the wardrobe in he double bedded room.  There was a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms, we had to keep running downstairs to the hall or the bathroom. The kitchen was lacking basic items such as a corkscrew, toaster, cooking and serving implements, sink plug. There was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Great location! Lovely medieval stone house! My favorite apartment during this trip! I love its style! So much to say! I felt like travelled back to the old times in Dubrovnik~ Price is cheap comparing to other accommodation in the old town. I love it~!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
