This have to be the appartment with the best view in the old town. You have to be able to climb some stairs, but what a reward. The kitchen in the appartment is very small, so that might be an issue if the weather should be bad.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in this house; night after night we sat on the rooftop listening to the different sounds from the summer festival - opera singers, jazz, rock bands!  The rooftop is the reason why this is an incredible property but you also get 2 good sized double bed rooms with aircon, satellite TV and both well insulated from the noise from the old town. We slept very well here. The bathroom has everything you need, the shower is hand-held but the water pressure is good so showering is quick. There is a good washing machine for your use and clothes dry really quickly when hung on the roof terrace. The kitchen is small but functional and handy for preparing snacks and small meals to eat outside. The position of the house is hard to beat; you have some of the best restaurants and bars less than a minute from your doorstep. Try going up the street and out the rear gate in the city walls for some excellent alternatives to the old town restaurants too. 
It has to be said that there are quite a few steps with this property but that is a small price for the view!  Lastly, our host Lydia (not sure of spelling sorry!) was super. Wine, liqueur, home-made local dessert and water were all awaiting us in the fridge. One evening she even came round with a huge pan of muscles that her husband had cooked-delicious! Lydia was also flexible on departure times and looked after our luggage until our airport transfer. Lovely lady and on-hand next door if you need her. Book now!

Most amazing view in Dubrovnik!

Great location and brilliant views of the city and sea from the balcony.helpful agent once we were able to make contact.the layout of the apartment made our stay difficult.bedrooms on one level bathroom on snother and kitchen on another.the stairs were steep and dark so at times they felt unsafe.unsuitable for older guests.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
