Lovely compact clean apartment located within a 15 walk to old town which is so beautiful. Apartment had everything we needed for this city break.It was modern, clean and the owner is very helpful. He meets you there when you arrive from the airport which is about a 20 minute journey by taxi. I would recommend this apartment especially if you want to discover the local area on a budget as it represents good value for money.

Central location

I stayed with my family (incl. a two-year-old daughter), and the room was reasonably priced, very clean and well furnished. It looks far from the central city (old town), but still within the walking distance and you can find some local supermarkets on the way to the old town. It was absolutely a good deal.

Super cozy for family

Nice location, a short walk to the old town. Nice and very clean room. Nice outside space and a very helpful and nice houst. We where very late because of bus dilay and he waitet for 3 hours, had a good mood and even got us a bottle of water 

Great Apartment

Wij waren heel erg tevreden met dit appartementje.  Het is zeer modern en het had alles wat we nodig hadden + een ruim terras met mooie tuinmeubelen.
De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De afstand naar de oude stad was perfect voor ons, een kleine tien minuutjes wandelen, zo heb je niet de drukte van binnen de muren van Dubrovnik, hadden we een zalige nachtrust en toch waren we overal dichtbij.
Wandel je naar de andere kant, ben je in 25 minuten aan de haven waar ook een aantal leuke restaurantjes liggen.


Fantastisch appartementje!

Great apartment with all you need for short stay. Plenty of space, confortable bed, sunny terrace, lots of towels and kitchen aparell. Shower with hot water and preassure. 10-12 min walking down to pile gate and 12-15 up from pile gate! Owner presented us with cold water and beer at check-in! Couldnt be better!

Genoten van 9 dagen dubrovnik.
Heerlijk appartement waar 3x het beddengoed is verschoond en 3x de handdoeken zijn vervangen.
Appertement heeft goede grote waar je kunt leven en wat eten kan klaar maken.
De man van het appartement kan je goed contact mee houden
En mag je overal vragen over stellen!
Kortom top tijd gehad in een heerlijk appartement!!

Dubrovnik!

Good situated apartment 10 minutes walk from old town and 15 minutes from good beaches. Very clean and nice apartment, absolutely perfect for three persons . The owner is so helpful and trustful . Renting this was worth every cent . Very quiet in the evening. Dubrovnik is built on hills so wherever you live, be prepared to walk up and down.

Der Vermieter war super nett! Er hat an der Hauptstraße auf ins gewartet und uns im Anschluss noch einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gezeigt. Und uns  von dort zurückgefahren. Wirklich sehr nett. Das Apartment war leider nicht  ganz so sauber. Vor allem im Bad schien nach den Vorgästen nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch.  Vom Apartment geht man 15 min bis zur Altstadt und ca 25 min zum Strand.

I would say that the apartment is quite difficult to find but we persevered and with the help of a taxi driver who pointed us in the right direction we arrived safely. Our first impression was the stairs that one has to climb to get to the apartment but we were aware that, once just outside of the old town, Dubrovnik gets &quot;hilly&quot;. We found the amenities to be okay but the shower was very small and more could have been done with the décor. On one day, for some reason or another, we ran out of hot water in the shower. 
We wouldn't rush back to this apartment but it served it's purpose as a sleep over.

Great value for money, lovely cool apartment an easy walk into the Old Town. A bit hot coming up in the middle of a summer day!

Great value, easy apartment

Muy buena ubicación, a tan solo 15 minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad (caminando). Todo limpio y bien equipado, las camas muy cómodas. 

Recomendable

A small and compact apartment, but with everything you need.  It was situated just 20 minutes from the centre of the old town, and 15 minutes from Bellevue beach.  Ivica was extremely kind and helpful, going out of his way to accommodate our late check-out time, carrying our luggage up and down the many steps leading to the apartment, and directing us to the old town. 

A week in Dubrovnik, with visits to Lokrum, Kolocep, Sipan and Lopud islands.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
