We found the place without difficulty and the door was open. Towels and clean sheets were laid out and all the conveniences were there.
The apartment was in a great location for us. 15 minute stroll down to old town and right next to the hiking trail that climbs to the top of the mountain overlooking Dubrovnik. Wifi was very good as well.
Host and hostess are amiable and we highly recommend staying here when visiting the city.

Amazing apartment in great location.

The location is good, it is very close to old town, thouth there are a pile of stairs to climb (around 400 steps).
There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, but they are small. You will have to walk for some 15 minutes to get to bigger ones (and don't forget - stairs! though there is a way without staits but you will have to climb a slope).
The room is very nice and clean, the family running the business is very hospitable and helpful.


Nice place, too much stairs

The old town of Dubrovic is beautifull but also very crowed. Aartment MIR is located outside this very buisy area. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment needed. This and the very friendly owners made our stay a very plesant one.

Apartment with very friendly and a convenient location

Perfect stay in Dubrovnik, apartment gots everything you need and it's super clean, plus a lovely terrace to have breakfast with the views of the roofs downhill. Hosts couldn't be more welcoming and attentive, lovely family and a great stay. I would definetely recommend it.

Wonderful hosts

We enjoyed our stay at the Mir apartment although it was in the Basement of the house. You could hear every step and sound from above. It was located quite near the Old  town, about 15 minutes walk, but many stairs to climb. There was a small shop within10 min walk. No restaurangs in the nearby area.  

Nice family

Friendly people, near the old city, good to walk to, nice appartment, good bathroom, shop in the neighbourhood, garden to sit in, good wireless internet, tea and coffee, salt and pepper, everything what you need.

MIR: nice appartment!

Very nice and helpful landlady, only ten minutes with stairways in short distance to the old town. Quiet room and familiar atmosphere. Little terasse with view on the Adria. We only missed a coffee machine... 

Super friendly

We had a wonderfull time in Apartment Mir.  The hosts are very friendly. We would book it again.

Nice flat with garden

My partner and I stayed at apartment Mir for a little under a week and had a fantastic time! The apartment was very clean and spacious and felt like an authentic homestay in Dubrovnik. The owner and her family were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, from bringing us bowls of pasta on arrival when we mentioned we were hungry, to leaving a box of chocolates and a card in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday!
The beds are two singles and not the most comfortable in the world but were fine. The apartment is completely self-contained, has a washing machine and stove and you have your own little courtyard with table and chairs that overlooks the city and ocean. The location is very good – far enough away to get some peace and quiet but a quick 5-10 min walk into the old city (the steps are not half as bad as some of the other reviews suggest!). This apartment was really suited to our needs and we’d recommend staying.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
