It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, with dining area, spacious living room with sofa bed and a private bathroom.
This two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons.

Free public parking is available on site (reservation is needed). Coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer are also on guests disposal.

Standard

Apartment was very clean with everything you need for your stay. There is free parking and bus stop and also supermarket nearby. Owner was very kind to us and gave advise about places to eat and to go. 

Good apartment with very kind owner

The apartment is perfectly located, very close to several grocery stores, bus stop, good restaurants. A few minutes to walk to the newly renovated Lapad beach. The apartment had everything needed including a washing machine which was good, less change which gave less packing. The beds were comfortable and the bedding changed so we got new ones. The terraces at the front of the apartment are huge and very nice to have a glass of wine in the evening. A smaller balcony on the back to dry laundry. The owner is very kind and caring like most Croatians, my friend lost his wallet but someone found it and found out where we lived, contacted the owner of the apartment and he sent the wallet back to Sweden. Good AC and WiFi. If you are unsure of something or just want tips and advice on, for example, a good car rental talk with the owner, utilize his knowledge of Dubrovnik. 

Great place, great fun.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated!
