Apartment & Room Lady O are located in Gorica. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. 

The property features two accommodation units. The double room features double bed and bathroom with shower. Terrace with sunbeds and partial sea view is provided. Studio apartment features queen size bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Terrace with sea view is provided.

Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided.

Superb hosts, who really care for their guests. Recently refurbished appartment with everything you need. The apartment has a good location, where everything is within walking distance.                                                      

A great place to stay while you discover Dubrovnik

Very very good: comfortable room with all the necessities, including fast Wi-Fi, nice and charming hosts and a good location. Old Town is easy to reach by bus or walking and just two minutes to a very nice hearthstone by the sea where you easily can jump into the water.  

Very nicely located just a few steps to a splendid heartstone beach 

Nice people clean nice room but way to expensive for the room  I will never book again with Booking.com  it is the second time i am disappointed with their listing. The place is close to the beach and the owenr is very nice.

Everithing perfect , place, clima , rooms . It's clean , profesional personal , beautuful view . It's not expencive . Dubrovnik is also beautiful town . Next year I will go again to this place , I hope . Thank you very much for everithing !

La habitación es perfecta! Espaciosa, cama cómoda y grande, baño amplio, terraza muy grande con mesa y colgador para la ropa mojada, refrigerador y secador. Está todo muy limpio y nuevo. No obstante, no tiene vista al mar.
La dueña es muy preocupada y te atiende como reyes. Nos dejó agua, un vino, jugo, café y té para el desayuno y nos llevó muffins hechos por ella misma y café turco. Siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y la mejor anfitriona. Tiene solamente una habitación por lo cual tendrán toda la atención de ella, que es muy amorosa.
El internet funciona muy bien, muy rápido.
Lo único que tienen que considerar es que no es cerca del centro, caminando deben ser unos 25 minutos pero pasan también buses que valen como 2 USD, aunque no pasan de noche. Para salir a comer cerca por ejemplo hay solamente una panadería y el hotel Lixos que me imagino que tiene restaurant porque no entré. Es una buena opción para quienes prefieran la comodidad antes de la cercanía al centro o algo más barato de una excelente calidad, ya que es una ciudad cara y alojar central podría costar el triple.

Excelente atención y habitación aunque alejado del centro

First of all we would like to thank the owner. We have never had better service anywhere else. The room was NEW and clean. Everything working. Nothing is missing. Apartments, in my opinion, located in a very good and comfortable place. Easy to reach old town or the bus station. Moreover, very silent place. Perfect for those, who love calm vacations. Another nice thing - 2 beaches. They are 100m from the hotel. The view from them is amazing. Even if we prefered the one with rocks. There is also a terrace which is perfect for the morning coffee. Wifi works perfectly, good speed. Minuses : even if there are any, we didnt see them. :)

LIUX

The room and it's terrace is beautifully decorated. We were very well received and enjoyed the atmosphere.
The location was a little bit difficult to find from the street, there is no sign on the door which confirms that's the right place. The town is 20 minutes walk. If you come by car it's easier to stay outside of the old Dubrovnik and you can park in the frond of Lady O's house so it was definitely a good choice.

Chraming room and heartwarming welcome

Chambre magnifique, et parfaitement entretenue. L accueil à ete chaleureux, avec tous les conseils utiles pour passer un excellent séjour. Un orage terrible nous a empêché de sortir une matinée, notre hôte est venue nous rassurer et nous a apporté gracieusement à déjeuner. La localisation est idéale, 20 Minutes a pied du. Entre hist. légère difficulté pour le stationnement mais rien d insurmontable. 

Sejour pafait malgré la meteo

I went to over 40 countries and stayed many hotels. But Room Lady O is absolutely the best in my life. I arrived there late night and was very hungry then I asked owner near restaurant . She brings me house made bread. Also she brings me snacks almost every day when she cooks. She said when I want to eat Japanese food, she can drive me the place because I am Japanese. That was very sweet!

Best trip in my life 


The room is perfect, the bed very comfortable, and it has a terrace that is sure to be enjoyed a lot in summer. It's a bit far from the old town, 20 minute walking, although for us it was no problem because we had a car. Above all I would like to emphasize the owner's kindness. 
100% recommendable. If we return, we will repeat.

Perfect stay

Best price for a room of 14 m2, a new bathroom and a terrasse of 10 m2 (partial see view only from the terrasse in front of the house). 2 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old city of Dubrovnik. Two excellent hotels nearby where the sauna can be used for little money and from where you can enjoy a breathtaking see view.
We stayed 7 days in Dubrovnik and the day with the 3 isles tour was the best.

Best price

We enjoyed the hospitalety en kindness of our host.The apartment is very clean en we loved the terrace, where it is very quiet. The apartment is in walking distance from the old town, nearby there is also a bus stop.
In a near distance there are several  beaches, there is also a little supermarket, where hou can  buy everything you need for breakfest.
In the apartment is a fully equipped bathroom with a wunderfull rainshower, the bed is very comfortable.
We loved our stay in Dubrovnik en we will come back to Room lady O

Great private apartment and very welcoming host

The owner Maria is very welcoming and pleasant..she even brought me a lovely cold can of Croatian beer on arrival which was well needed. The apartment is located between the bus station and old town. I am an avid walker and quite quick on my feet so I would it took me about 30mins to get to the old town and the same to get to the bus station from the apartment so bear this in mind when booking, though there are buses. There is a small grocery shop just around the corner from the apartment which was very convenient but the immediate area gets very quiet at night as there are no pubs/restaurants in the immediate area. So if you want a quiet apartment away from the chaos of the stunningly beautiful old town then I would recommend Lady O

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
