This lovely three-bedroom apartment  with furnished terrace features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, water kettle, toaster and a dining area. There are two private bathrooms, both feature a shower and hair-dryer. Washing machine will also be at guests' disposal.

Iron and ironing board will be at guests' disposal.

Lovely spacious apartment with plenty room for four adults clean and comfortable and well equipped
Location just a little bit off the beaten track as on top of a hill but once down the hill plenty of amenities

Spacious and clean

The apartment is located in a quiet place, but &quot;somewhat close&quot; to the city center if you're willing to 1) either take A LOT of stairs; or 2) use a bus or 3) walk alo g with the traffic. 
It's a two-level apartment (with a staircase). Not very child-friendly, but we managed it with two small children.
The balcony is unfortunately only for adults (danger of falling).

Quiet place

Babin kuk je jedno od brda u Dubrovniku, na samo par minuta vožnje do centra grada, na manje od 10-ak minuta hoda do (novouređene) uvale sa nebrojeno kafića i sadržaja... 
Dakle, dovoljno blizu i, opet, dovoljno daleko. 
Apartman je više nego pristojan, sa tri spavaće sobe (od čega dve poptuno odvojene a jedna čini celinu sa kuhinjom) što omogućava više kombinacija odnosno prikladan je za više vrsta poseta. Nas je, konkretno, bilo trojica (poslovni dolazak) i svako je imao svoju sobu. 
Posebna pogodnost (i te kakva!) je parking mesto ispred apartmana. Obzirom na gužve u Dubrovniku, ovo je vrednost sama po sebi. 
Nivo apartmana je zaista korektan, i u potpunosti odgovara opisu koji je dat. Bez primedbi!
Postoji terasa i lepo je ušuškana, uz, doduše, manu da je okružena kućama i da nema pogled na more, koji bi bio izvrstan. No, odlično mesto za kratku kafu i predah, jer je pretpostavka da Dubrovnik nudi baš mnogo toga van samog apartmana, tako da je bolja terasa možda i nepotrebna. 
Domaćin je ljubazan i vrlo korektan, komunikacija sa njim je opuštena i prijatna.

Nice appartment, clean, good Internet, parking and good staff. Located in Lapad, peacifull place. Around 2.5 km located from the Old City, reachable with car or taxi relatively easily....

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
