Very modern and comfortable flat close to some nice small beaches. All the necessary facilities are provided: there is instant coffee, tea, even a washing machine, an iron and an irioning board. The flat is in a quiet residential area, but walking distance from the old town. The hosts were very welcoming and even showed us around the area, which was really helpful to find out about buses, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Perfect apartment to visit Dubrovnik in a few days

The room was very clean and comfortable. 
The staff (owner?) was very kind and told us the nearest convenient store, way to the old city and beach, etc..
Wi-fi was also no problem.
There is a good bakery near the apartment.

Simple is best

From the moment Pero and Paulina met us on the first day until the very end of our stay they were thoughtful and helpful. They gave us an introductory tour of the local amenities the beach, bakery, restaurants and local bus stops. They even dropped us at the bus station and gave us a parting gift! Location great, apartment was clean and with all the modern amenities and equipment needed for a short or long stay. Walk to beach, stroll to the old town. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Everything was perfect. We stay 2 nights and there is all we need near by - the old town, beach, market, bus station. Also the owners was perfect. They make us a short round trip at arrival and it's very useful because there is a lot of shortcuts walking around. Thank you once again Pero and Paulina.

Perfect stay

Perfect welcomeing from the owners. They did a quick tour of 15 min to explain how to go and enjoy Dubrovnik places. Perfect location to go everywhere by walk. Room clean and very confortable. Wifi excelent.

Todo Perfecto!!!, el alojamiento a 15 minutos de la Ciudad Vieja, el apartamento muy limpio, todos los muebles nuevos, las camas muy cómodas y lo mejor de todo unos caseros (Pero y Paulina) de 10!!!. Nada más llegar nos atendieron muy bien y nos enseñaron todo lo que estaba cerca del apartamento (supermercado, playa, panadería, parada de autobus, Dubrovnik Card,...), a media semana nos trajeron huevos y verduras de su huerto y para despedirnos nos llevaron al aeropuerto. Siempre muy atentos. Muy recomendable. Gracias Pero!!!

All are very well: and apartments, and their locations. Еhe apartment is located close to the Old town. Within walking distance of two beaches. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport.The owners are lovely and friendly people. They were very helpful: told about the city, showed restaurants and shops, helped to rent a car

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik

The apartment was clean, conveniently placed in a location close to the old town, restaurants, a beautiful beach and stunning views of the coast. We found everything we needed and were never disturbed by noise.
Pero and Paulina went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and were very welcoming and kind. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this apartment, it gave us a perfect base for our trip and we were comfortable and happy there for our whole stay. 
We'd really recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay 

Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Awesome apartment, not too far of a walk from the old town.

Great space, super amenities!

The hosts are really friendly.They welcomed us and showed us not only the apartment but also the most important spots around like supermarked, bakery, restaurants and the shortest way to the beach and the old town...at 10pm in the evening! That was quite helpful. Besides the apartment was very clean and modern with a nice view. The kitchen provides everything you need (dishes,spices, water boiler, even a microwave). The washing machine (with washing powder!) was also nice to have. It takes around 20 minutes for walking to the old town. They were also very flexible with checking out time and payment by creditcard. Top accomodation!!!

Nice hosts and a quite modern and clean apartment!

Very nice and comfortable apartment close to a nice beach. The apartment offers anything you need. By a walk of 15min with a great view you will reach the city center.i would definitely recommend a stay at apartment Tetepave

Appartement charmant et bien situé, des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse qui prennent le temps de montrer les environs, tout ceci a rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. 

Parfait

The apartment was fantastic, nice and clean, good location. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they supplied a lot of things for us including 2 bottles of wine. Petr drove us to the airport.

We arrived earlier than anticipated and the hosts met us early. They did a quick induction then took us around the area to show us the local beaches, restaurants and shortcuts. 
The place was extremely clean and had all the appropriate equipment for a apartments with cooking and cleaning facilities.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
