Great location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the city! The apartment is really comfortable and the owners are really nice!

Lovly apartment 

Fani was an extremely generous host, and I would recommend his great location to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. 
He arranged a transfer from the the airport to his place with a very elegant car at an affordable price. When we arrived, he asked us what we would be interested in seeing, and he created an itinerary for the three days that we were staying there. He has plenty of maps and brochures with things to do.
The location was very convenient. It had a bus stop right outside that takes you to the Old Town in minutes. There was also a supermarket, bakery, and pizzeria close by. 
We were very interested in doing a boat tour, and Fani booked our tour right on the spot. He called his close friend and captain, Marco, who showed us a great time on his ship. Marco picked us up from our apartment in the morning and even dropped us off after the tour. The tour had an amazing fresh lunch that Marco grilled on the boat with unlimited wine and soft drinks. It was the most beautiful day we had in Dubrovnik.
The place was very clean with a washer and clothing line with hooks outside. He conveniently lived downstairs and was always available in case we ever needed help with anything. 
It was very spacious and was the perfect space for my boyfriend, friend, and me. It had two rooms, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, and anything you needed. 
He dropped us off at the port, which was only five minutes away when we left. He also gave each of us a Dubrovnik bottle opener as a souvenir when we left, which was a very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this place. Fani made us feel very welcomed and at home!

Excellent host and location!!

the apartment is very clean and comfortable, even for six persons. In every room there is air conditioned. the mattresses are very comfortable and there is a so nice view from the balcony. the position is good, really close to the port and fifteen minute walking from the center. Anyway there is a bus stop in front of the apartment. The best thing is the owner Đuro who has helped us with everything. He can recommend you the best places to visit and the best restaurants and clubs, and more, he's a very funny guy. He even took our luggages to the port the day of our departure. Perfect.

nothing to say was absolutely perfect shop's are walking distance bus stop outside house n 8 take you to old town ,plus if you got a car you will have a parking space to ,

Allez y sans hésiter! L'appartement en parfait état correspond exactement au descriptif. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes. Malgré notre arrivée à 23 heures, Duro a pris le temps de nous conseiller pendant 2 heures pour les meilleurs sites à visiter durant notre séjour. Il est resté disponible toute la semaine pour nous aider à effectuer nos réservations. Nous pouvions nous rendre en 30 minutes à pied dans la vieille ville. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement au très bon rapport qualité/prix.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated!
