Apartment Tina

Our relaxing apartment invites you to cool down in its green shades and stone exposed walls after the excitement of exploring the City. Located in the quiet part of the City center on the spot where the first building in Dubrovnik was ever built. Apartment Tina is situated in a lovely and quiet location in the Old City, at the top of St.Marie street. Archeologists told us several years ago when excavating in the area that the wall in our apartment is part of the original one built in the 2nd century, well before Dubrovnik. There are several ways of reaching the apartment but all include a fair amount of steps to get to it, but well worth it. You are away from the noise of the bars and smell of the restaurant's kitchen, but in 1-2 minutes you can be wherever you wish, on the beach, have a drink in the bar or a lovely meal in the restaurant. The famous Buza beach bar is just some 100 meters away and it is a lovely spot for any time of the day or any age group. During the day you can swim, sunbathe, or just have a refreshing drink, in the late afternoon that is the No1 position in town for a Sunset and in the evening it turns into a bar where all the young people and those who feel that way go and have fun without disturbing anyone. Dubrovnik is built like a shell and the main street is in the middle with side streets going up from it, so steps are a big part of the Dubrovnik experience! Apartment was renovated 3 years ago, with a lot of care and patience for details to preserve the charm of the Old City. It has a twin/double bedroom with an on-suite bathroom, and a kitchen with dining table. Kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring burner, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery. It has air conditioning in the dining area, so there is no noise in the bedroom, but it cools the whole apartment in a very short time Outside is a playground that was renovated just a few weeks ago and close to it is a small quiet square with a couple of benches where you can take your evening drink or just relax soaking in the local atmosphere. Note Parking is not available. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
