This lovely studio apartment is modern decorated and can accommodate 2 guests.It  features air conditioning, WiFi, SAT TV. It has  refrigerator and water kettle and private bathroom with shower. Guests have access to kitchen. Baby cot is at guests' disposal.

Daily cleaning, optionally ironing and clothes washing as well as arranging breakfast, lunch or dinner is possible upon the request Breakfast is extra charged ten euros per person.

Apartments and Rooms Lejletul are located inside the city walls.
  
Apartments & Rooms Lejletul feature two accommodation units. All units are modern with private bathroom, featuring cable  TV, refrigerator, water kettle.
Guests will have access to shared dining area with breakfast and lunch upon the request at additional cost.

City tax of 2.67 euros per person per night needs to be paid uppon arrival.

The best apartment in my life

I great locoation in the city of Old town. Great service and Most of all A fantastic appartment.
New, Fresh, Clean a good taste for furnishing.
A perfect stay if you want to be in the heart of the city.

We stayed 6 nights and had a great stay.  First rate stay.
Can not fault the quality of the accomodation or the staff.
Everything from our pick up at the airport to helping us out of the city on departure was done to perfection.

Quality accomodation within old cities is hard to  find but this was good.

Facility caters for all needs and is well appointed with great taste. Good hosts, friendly and accommodating.

Classy, well appointed apartment. Well  located within the Old City. 

This is a great studio apartment excellently located in the heart of the old town. With very few affordable hotels in Dubrovnik, and largely average overpriced restaurants in the town (albeit the owners' restaurant below the apartment was popular and seemed reasonable), especially with the sinking pound - a studio with a decently equipped kitchen was the way go!  Good, speedy internet and satellite TV also. Best thing - it is so nice to simply stumble out of the apartment are stroll around the old town (especially at night when the cruise ship tourists have departed). Finally, the owners were very nice and their door to door taxi service is well worth it. My only warning, and it didn't bother us, it can get a little noisy as the sound of the packed the restaurant does travel. 

Great Apartment in a Great Location

This is a lovely loft apartment, right in the heart of Dubrovnik. It is simply decorated and spankingly clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and spacious modern shower room. The hosts, who run the Taj Mahal restaurant below, are warm and welcoming -and the food in their restaurant is the best in Dubrovnik, with an emphasis on frsh Bosnian dishes, prepared with real care. I would recommend it to anyone with great pleasure.

We stayed in the studio on the 3rd floor. This is a very comfortable room, with a good working airco, a kitchenette, mini-bar, complementary water and some fruit. The bed, which is one of the important criteria for us, is very good!
The rooms are located above the restaurant Taj Mahal, serving delicious Bosnian cuisine. 
The rooms are managed by the restaurant staff. They are always very friendly and ready to help and make you feel at home.
The breakfast they serve is outstanding.
This is an ideal location to stay and discover (the old) city of Dubrovnik.

Superb!

These apartments are  very comfortable, good location, easy to find and have kitchen. These was perfectly for us. We could make our dinner. Congratulations for the space!

Excellent room, comfortable and quiet

The apartment is in a great location in old town. Despite being in the middle of the action, the room is quiet at night. Room was large, with all needed amenities. Access through the restaurant so hours are limited. Staff was flexible and nice, and the food at the restaurant was great. 

Great location, clean and quiet room

The apartments are inside the old town in a perfect location.  Easy to get everywhere.  There are no elevators so expect to take the stairs. 
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The studio apartment is wonderful, modern, spacious, great facilities, clean, air conditioning etc. 
The restaurant, Taj Mahal, on the street is delicious and they run the apartments.

Amenities were spot on with lovely shower and spacious light bedroom- ideal for our 8 month year old. Right in the heart of old town. Host couldn't have been friendlier.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
