This lovely studio apartment  comes with free WiFi,  air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. 
The studio can fit up to two persons and it comes with double bed, dining table - 2 sits and kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

Apartments Banjska are  located 1.4 km from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-listed Old Town. Only 100 metres to the pebbly Bellevue Beach. Apartments are modern with nicely furnished terrace. 

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, sou you can explore the city a little bit more before your departure.

L'appartement est petit, mais il a tout le nécessaire et il est très propre ! L'hôte est très gentille. Le logement est situé à environ 10 minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Un must : aller voir le couché du soleil en haut du mont Srd .. tout simplement magnifique ! 

Bel appartement et superbe localisation 

Bathroom is so small that you can not sit in straight position on toilet. :) hospitality was great. It s worth for money. The location of the house is very close to the bus station however bus tickets are expensive. To go to old city, it is easy to walk however you should certainly take a bus from there cos to much acclivity.

Natasha is really kind.  The appartement is simply perfect for our needs.  We stayed a full week close to evrything, even a free parking on the street above
The bellevue beach is great and i enjoyed the appartement terrace every day

Great spot close to a nice beach

The appartment is fully equipped with very new furniture, electronic devices, additional towels and blankets... 
It's a perfect place for a couple even if a little bit small, but there are so many places to visit in Dubrovnik and its region, that you don't stay a lot in the appartment !

Very convenient appartment for a couple !

We enjoyed our visit to Dubrovnik immensely and the location of these apartments added to that for us. About 15 minutes walk to the Old town (down hill) this area has a small selection of reasonably priced family restaurants, bakers and a small grocery store. There are also a couple of Fine Dining Restaurants too if you want to splash out!
The apartment itself was spotless, if slightly smaller than we had hoped. But that wasn't a problem, and we were made very welcome. All the things you'd want are in it, including hair dryer, washing machine, sharp knives, pots and pans etc.
They are located a few meters up a small alley off the main road behind a metal Garden Door, so quiet!

Clean, good position &amp; friendly owner.

Stayed for 4 nights while in Dubrovnik good location out of the city centre but close to beaches. A nice 10-15 walk into the old town and very quiet for a good nights sleep. Welcomed on arrival and apartment had everything we required for our stay.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
