Good und quiet location. There is market at the downstairs in the building. However you need to walk about 20 min to oldtown or to Lapad beach and 10 min to nearest beach Bellevue. Apartment was clean with good balcony and owner was very friendly. I would recommend the apartment :)

Good place in Dubrovnik

Very good location to discover Dubrovnik. Couple minutes walk to nearest bus stop. Approx. 10 minutes walk to Bellevue-beach. Beautiful view to city and the mountains from the big balcony. Peaceful and quiet location at the nighttime. Nice little kitchenette with basic pots and pans. Little shop at the groud floor just below the apartment. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. Suitable for families and couples.

Great value for money.

This apartment combines everything that is needed to spend a very nice stay:
- It is very well located, in the middle of Dubrovnik, and is at walking distance from the Old Town, Babin Kuk Beaches or the New Town
- There is a lot of space, it is well-furnished and it is very clean. The building is quite new.
- The owner is a very nice lady who also works as a tour leader, she has a lot of good advice concerning Dubrovnik and its surroundings! 
I strongly recommend this apartment.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
