It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD TV. Also, it features fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed and private bathroom with shower.
Furnished terrace is at guests disposal.

Washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer and baby cot are also available.

Apartments are situated on Babin Kuk Peninsula, only couple of minutes walk from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and earlier check in are available.
Private parking on site, reservation is needed.

Very nice people, good connected with Old Town

We were welcomed to our lovely apartment elwith gifts of wine and orange juice by Mario, which made us feel very welcome. Mario recommended some of the best things to see and do and also lent us a book explaining the history of various parts of the old town. The apartment its self had good facilities and a very comfortable bed. In terms of getting to the old city, there's a bus stop a short distance away. If you like walking like us, you can make your way into town on foot with ease. Would definitely stay again.

Great hospitality and apartment

This is the best apartment we ever stay, there is everything you ever need, kindest owner we ever met.  We enjoyed more dubrubnik because of this amazing hospitality we never forget.
We recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone who want to visit dubrubnik , very convent transport as well.

Most comfortable stay

What can we NOT say!! Everything that our home has / had , Mario and Nevus gave us for our 1 week stay in Lapad,Dubrovnik.
A great warm welcome from Mario and Nevus the owners / hosts , with Wine,Fruits,Loaf of Bread, Milk,  Cheeses,Salami,Butter,Coffee,Tea,Cappucino,Fruit Juice as we arrived after getting lost ! 
All the cutlery,crockery , cooking utensils,a dual-fuel cooker cum oven, washing machine with laundering agents, a selection of shower gels.
A fast broadband WI-FI , modern multichannel TV , even a smart phone for use of emergency, knowing we were well over the 75s mark.There is a lovely sunny terrace for al fresco dining and sunbathing.
Very conveniently located for public transport,taxis,restaurants,cafes,bakeries,supermarkets and entertainment. Great walks from this location right round the Lapad Bay and to watch the sunset.
*****  What could have been better was perhaps a new firmer mattress for the double bed and a new foam overlay for the sofa-bed.  One or two minor d-i-y items will enhance the experience .*****
  

Home from Homestay in Croatia! Thanks to Mario and Nevus .

Very nice apartment and friendly house owners! Plenty of extra towels, laundry machine and a nice terrace. Supermarket right around the corner, also several very nice restaurants (check tripadvisor!). A bit of a walk to get to the nearest beach.

Nice apartment

Siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno comunque accolto tempestivamente e in maniera davvero cordiale. Ci hanno fornito asciugamani, lenzuola, strofinacci, prodotti per il bagno, asciugacapelli, acqua, succo di frutta e vino; ma il top, mai ricevuto in nessun altro posto, il cellulare con numero croato per contattarli per qualsiasi evenienza, anche se avessimo perso l'ultimo bus.
A fine soggiorno ci hanno anche regalato una stampa di un artista locale!
l'appartamento si trova a 1 minuto da un market e a 3 minuti dalla fermata del bus che passa ogni 10 minuti!
Sempre vicino alla fermata dell'autobus si trova una via di locali sia per ragazzi che per famiglie, al cui termite si trova la spiaggia cittadina.
Un solo consiglio su Dubrovnik: se volete visitare tutti i siti storici vi consigliamo di comprare la card, si risparmia(l appartamento fornisce una decina di depliant) ma se andate solo in alcuni siti allora evitatela.

Stayed in these apartments for 6 days in Sept I have nothing but high praise for my stay here Mario was a great host the amenities  were excellent  from a washing machine  to a toothpick there was everything you could possibly  need a real home from home also Mario left us a bottle of wine and milk  apple juice etc in the fridge also a mobile  phone incase we needed to get in contact  with him when we were leaving  Mario give us a picture  to remind  us of are stay there nice touch .Kim david belfast

Das Apartment liegt sehr praktisch auf der schönen Halbinsel Babin Kuk. Strand, Bus in die Altstadt und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Appartement ist umfassend ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, kompletter Küchenausstattung und sogar Standardkochzutaten inkl. Kaffeepulver für die Kaffeemaschine. Die Terrasse ermöglicht tolle Mahlzeiten an der frischen Luft. Vermieter Mario begrüßt die Gäste sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein und selbst gebrannten Alkoholika und überreicht sofort einen Stadtplan und touristische Infos. Da wir abends verspätet ankamen, hatte er im Kühlschrank eine Aufschnittplatte vorbereitet und frisches Brot rausgestellt. Das war sehr sehr aufmerksam. Zum Abschied schenkte er uns einen Nachdruck eines Bildes der Altstadt von Dubrovnik einer kroatischen Künstlerin. Wir haben uns die ganzen vier Tage sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir wussten, wenn irgendeine Hilfestellung benötigt würde, könnten wir immer Mario ansprechen. Vergleichsweise günstig hat er auch einen privaten Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten. Thank you Mario for this very nice and hospitable experience!

I would come again anytime I visit Dubrovnik again. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The place felt like home.
We are so happy to have that memory from this unique town.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
