Apartments Carmen &Tosca

We visited at the start of May 2016 for a one week stay. We arrived in heavy rain and a cold snap. The first night was cold, and when we came back the next evening to find there was an extra blanket on the bed. Nice touch. We met the owner who showed us how to heat the apartment. The location was pretty good - about 10 minutes walk from the old City in a quiet location, be warned there a lot of steps, everywhere. The apartment was clean and seemed to have everything that we would need. However, we were disappointed by a couple of missing, things you would't normally take on holiday, namely tea towels and washing-up liquid, a small thing, but just makes a difference.. We were also disappointed that the bed sheets and towels were not changed during the week of our stay (Sunday to Sunday). But, most importantly (tongue in cheek), flat batteries in the remote! Apart from those little annoyances, the apartment was very modern, with a outdoor seating area. Nice bathroom. Must mention the booking agents who were very patient with us, as we were an hour late. They waited for us in the pouring rain.
