Apartments Daria are located on the first floor. The apartment has a kitchen with dining table, sofa bed for one person, a room with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom and Balcony with Sea View. The balcony is common for the two apartments, but each apartment has its own table and chairs separately. This property has a private beach - a pier with sunbeds.

Stoliv is a small fishing village in Boka Bay, about 8 km from Kotor and Tivat, and across Perast. The facility is located 15 meters from the beach. 

Get to know this place, founded in the fourteenth century. Near the coast, we offer comfortable accommodation in our air-conditioned apartments, with superb views of the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house contains a ground floor with two floors and the owners live in the same house. Guests have enclosed parking and can use the barbecue and the Private beach - pier with sunbeds.

Es war großartig. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, zeigte uns alles und war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Appartement ist klein aber ausreichend, sehr sauber und im Kühlschrank lag bereits Wasser, Cola, Bier und etwas Obst für uns. Wir waren sehr zu frieden und überrascht vom kleinen Preis für das alles.

The location is amazing and can be enjoyed from the balcony or the beach area. The beach area is great as it has pebble beach, a jetty with loungers and easy access for a swim. It's deep enough to jump one side and shallow for a walk in at the other. Swimming in the bay is unforgettable. The beach is open all hours. The hosts were warm and welcoming and provided a great selection of welcome drinks, alcoholic and non. One evening we left an empty bottle of wine out and the host replaced it with a full one the next day! The village is lovely and there are three restaurants, a shop and a bakery in walking distance. Local seafood is amazing here. The apartment itself is comfy and has all you need. Probably best for 2 rather than 3 but 2 adults and a young child could work. The balcony view is excellent.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
