Sofa, seating area, summer kitchen, dining area, shared outdoor sitting area are available to the guests. The apartment has two bedrooms one with double bed and another one with two single beds . The apartment comes with  a private bathroom with shower.

Apartments Djurkovic are located in the village of Mlini which are only 8 km away from Dubrovnik. The sandy Srebreno Beach and pebbly Mlini Beach are within a 150meters away from the property.
The property offers a garden with Mediterranean vegetation and a sun terrace. All apartments come with air conditioning, satellite TV and a seating area.
Free parking is available to the guests, reservation is required. 
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and check out,so guests have more time to explore the area before departure.

The apartment was new, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and all You need on holiday. The owner was amazing. We spend great time in Mlini and felt really special. We will deffinitely come back there. Thank You very much for making our holiday such a perfert time.

Perfect place to spend Your holiday

Our two-bedroom apartment was nice, clean, practical, close to the beautiful beaches, excellent restaurant (Marinero) and a small shop. The owners - Stjepan and Stana - were cordial, friendly, helpful and both organizational and humanly admirable people. They provided us with all the necessary information and materials on the place of residence and the wider neighborhood. As they traveled for family reasons to Medugorie (BiH) at the time of our holiday, they took us with their car for a trip. They also took us to the airport when we left. We are grateful and we value them with six times five stars as well as hearty hugs. 

Sunny location, sunny owners. 

The owner was very nice and helpful, the location is excellent only 3 mins from the beach and the apartment had everything we needed. I recommend it to everyone.

I am 47 years old female. Love to travel. Travel few times a year, most of the time alone. Apartment Djurkovic is one of the best I have ever booked. The host and his wife are very pleasant people. The location is very convenient. 16 min bus ride to Dubrovnik (by the way, would not recommend anybody to stay in Dubrovnik). 5 min walk to the beach (you will need to cross pretty busy street - I did not hear the noise of it in my apartment - and walk through the very beautiful park). There is a small shop which is opened till 10 pm where you can buy grocery and everything you need from deodorant to sunscreen and personal hygiene items. 10 min walk to the shopping mall. Many restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is super clean, air-conditioner works fine, the wooden blinds do not allow any light from the outside, so you do not even know if it is sunny day or dark night outside. There are 2 kitchens on your level and very big terrace with beautiful view. Stjepano  is a very kind and calm person. He will never bother you, but always help you with everything you need, do not hesitate to ask. He speaks several languages. The price for the apartment is very fair, definitely worth every penny spent. WiFi woks perfectly. I would recommend to my friends and relatives.

Clean and nice Appartement. The hospitality is awesome, you feel like Home. There is a private parking spot, a small supermarket and an ATM directly next to the accomodation. The way to the beach is 5 minutes on foot. We (group of 4 Girls) had a very good time there and would like to Come back one day.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
