This one bedroom apartment with furnished terrace and garden view features free WiFi, air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. Living room includes seating area with sofa and a flat-screen TV. Kitchen is fitted with dining table, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. 
Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also on guests disposal.

This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons.

Apartments Gaura are located in Gruž, lovely neighborhood which is the best choice if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays. 

This property include two one bedroom apartments. Each of the apartments feature free WiFi, air conditioning and terrace overlooking the garden.

Guests will also have access to common tavern with a fireplace.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby, it is about 1.5 km away and  reservation is needed.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. The owner can help you regarding luggage.

This complex of two self contained apartments forms part of a family home, occupied by the owners who also manage the accomodation. Ivana and Bozo, the owners, ensured in an attentive but unobtrusive way that our stay was problem free and that all our needs were met to the last detail. Their helpful local knowledge and friendliness created a &quot;home from home&quot; atmosphere throught which contributed greatly to an enjoyable holiday. We would certainly return here if visiting Dubrovnik in the future.

An ideal, centrally located base from which to explore Dubrovnik by public transport and/or on foot, or, if preferred, attractive and comfortable surroundings in which to relax.

We had a wonderful stay here. Nice room, lovely garden, fantastic hosts. Will probably go back next year. 15-20 min walk to old town. Pretty long stairs(60 steps)to entrance which is no problem but good to know if  you have a knee injury or something.

Fantastic

The hosts were so accommodating, providing refreshments and treats at check-in, throughout our stay and on check-out. It was lovely getting to know the hosts a little and to learn more about the area. I am still surprised that this apartment is only 3 stars as it is so beautiful and homely (just like the pictures) and in my opinion should be 5 stars! Would be very happy to stay again upon my return to Dubrovnik! Oh and the transfer recommended by the hosts to and from the airport was superb!

Home from home

The two hosts, Ivana and Bozo, went &quot;the extra mile&quot; to make sure we had a great stay. They made us feel very welcome while giving us a brief overview of the city (what sights to see and places to eat/drink.) Ivana had made a lovely cheesecake and brought us some round a couple of times throughout our stay. They also made their own liqueurs/spirits which we could help ourselves to throughout our time there. As they also lived on the site, any questions we had they were always about to help us. Bozo kindly gave us a lift to the bus station when we left too, which was very helpful as we had to be there quite early.
The shower was very good and the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook. There was also an Illy coffee machine available. As we were here at the peak of summer (July-August,) the A/C was very effective at cooling the rooms down.
Really struggling to think what could be improved. I suppose the accommodation isn't exactly &quot;luxurious,&quot; but it certainly isn't basic either - and it was definitely very clean. It's about a 25-30 minute walk to the Old Town, but as we were new to the city we enjoyed this. Plus, there is a bus stop on the way that charged about 15 HVK. The WiFi signal was a bit weak in parts of the property, but this wasn't really an issue for us (and I think they offered another one if we needed it anyway.)

The apartment is lovely, clean and well equipped. Ivana and Bozo were welcoming, helpful and generous with their time and gifts of cake,fruit and home made liqueurs.  The terrace overlooks the peaceful garden so ideal to relax with a glass of wine after sightseeing.  We hope to return..

The appartment was lovely and looked brand new. It has all the facilities you could want including oven, dishwasher and air conditioning. I personally rather enjoyed the 15-minute walks to the old town, but be prepared to climb quite some stairs on your way back. 
The hosts were so kind to already put some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival and of course there was the excellent cheesecake!

Great appartment, fantastic hosts

We had a great stay in Dubrovnik in the first week of june -17. We lived in Apartment Gaura, which won the 1.price from booking.com in 2014, and we would have given them the same 1.price this year too! The apartment had all we needed for a good stay; it is self household, even that- there were different drinks and bread, butter and marmalade in the refrigerator, so we must not rush to the shop just when we arrived. And the host had offered us her selfmade delicate cheesecake! The apartment was clean, nice and very good standard. We would have chosen it again! And the best - we could use their garden. So from cold North - we loved to be there on terrace and garden both morning and evening! And the hosts were great! You will love to stay by them!

Hollidays at Apartment Gaura

this apartments Gaura leaves nothing to be desired. I have no hesitation in recommendation. a very nice and kind host, super clean and lots of amenities than five-star hotel. it's on another level in detail. welcome homemade cake was wonderful. the location doesn't really matter. there was bus station near by to go to the old town.

Everything inside is high quality, well maintained, carefully thought out and beautifully aesthetic. The attention to detail continues outside to a fabulous terraced gardens that guests are encouraged to enjoy. The location is very quiet, yet accessible to the Old City by foot or by bus.
The greatest differentiator with anywhere else we have stayed though is the care and attention the owners Ivana and Bozo bestow on their guests. Hard working, cultured, sophisticated, yet modest and exceptionally friendly and helpful, they made our stay a joy.
We would dearly love to be their guests again some day.

Best vacation accomodation we have ever stayed in!

A perfect spot to stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is really new and comfortable, with everything you need to have an awesome stay. The guests, Ivana and Bozo are the best!! They provide everything you need. Would highly recommend it!!

Apartment Gauro raakt de essentie waarom je op reis gaat. Namelijk niet alleen voor mooie cultuur en natuur, maar ook het verzamelen van bijzondere ervaringen. Het begint al met een warm, persoonlijk welkom door Ivana en Bozo (de 2 eigenaren) met uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving, vergezeld met heerlijke huisgemaakte likeur. Verder kregen wij een 'welkomstpakket' met een wijntje, sapje, jam en broodjes. Het appartement zelf is knus en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een ruime badkamer. Tevens is er een mooi terras waar je lekker kan ontbijten en uitzicht hebt over de privétuin (met veel mooie fruitbomen etc.) en de zee. Voeg daar nog de huisgemaakte cheesecake van Ivana aan toe en voor ons was dit het perfecte verblijf in Dubrovnik. 
Lopen naar het centrum is prima te doen (15 minuten) en het appartement biedt gratis privé parkeergelegenheid (erg handig gezien dit schaars is in de omgeving van Dubrovnik). Al met al een aanrader en we zouden zeker terugkomen!

True hospitality and a warm welcome!

Host Ivana is very nice person, she not only provided us the welcomed drink and delicious  cheese cake at the first day, but also gave us a detail information about Dubrovnik.  My cousin got her wrist wrinkles, she was willing to drive us to hospital, even though I drove her to hospital at the end. The apartment is very clean, and have anything you need. The view from terrace is amazing. Although we need to go to main road by stairs, but that is the Dubrovnik.

We stayed 4 days in gauras apartments. The apartments was very comfortable, very clean and nice. The neighborhood is quite and close to the city center.  Ivana and Bozo are very kindly and perfect hosts. They took a lot of time to give us lots of tips. To welcome we also got the very delicious cheesecake.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
