One bedroom apartment features bedroom with large double bed and single bed.  Living room features double sofa bed. Free WiFi, air conditioning and flat screen SAT TV are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, kettle, microwave, extractor, toaster and dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower, hair dryer, soap and toilet paper. Apartment features balcony with sea view. Ironing facilities, first aid kit and safe are provided.

Apartments Ira are self catering accommodation located in Babin Kuk. Property offers five accommodation units.  Each unit has air conditioning, flat screen SAT TV, free WiFi, private bathroom and balcony or terrace.

Baby cot is available upon request and it cost 5 euros per day. Late check in (after 11 pm) is available with additional charge of 15 euros.
Pets are allowed upon request with an additional charge of 15 euros per day.
Free private parking is available on site upon request.

We loved our stay at Ira apartments.  The apartment was very tastefully furnished and had all amenities.  Our host, Mira went out of her way to assist us, for example - we told her that the air conditioning in the afternoon was not effective especially since our apartment was on a top floor. So she changed the settings and even provided us with a pedestal fan for the bedroom.  She also was sweet enough to call ahead the restaurant we wanted to visit without us requesting it.   The view from the top floor was incredible.  The only thing is that the apartment is quite a climb from the main road, so you need to be fit for it.   Another good point is that the main road with a supermarket, restaurants, bank, taxis, bus stop are all within a 7 min walk.  And there is a great hair salon half way to the main road.  :)

Classy and delightful apartment with a view

Our apartment was spacious, clean, modern and very close to all our expectations as far as being able to take a bus, visit, stroll and swim in crystal blue, clean seas! Lovely, friendly and helpful owner that went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our 10 day stay. She set us up with tours, gave wonderful recommendations and was so very pleasant. This has been a beautiful mini-vacation for us!

Quaint, spacious and friendly apartment

We just spent a wonderful week at Apartments Ira. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Our apartment was on the top floor, so we had a beautiful view of the port and bridge. The apartment was ready and waiting for us on our arrival which was quite early at one o' clock. It was spotlessly clean, everything in perfect working order with easy to use air conditioning! The apartment was a very bright airy apartment with plenty of space for our family (2 adults &amp; 2 children 6yrs, 10yrs). The internet connection was excellent. There were lots of cooking facilities, plenty of tea towels, washing- up liquid, cutlery, ware etc. The bathroom was well stocked also with towels and even had two beach towels if needed. In general, we felt there was great attention to detail.
The location is good. It is perched on a hill, but everything in Dubrovnik  seems to be! We found that you could walk to the Lapad area in 5 mins, the Copacabana Beach was approximately 15 mins on foot, a nice beach but we preferred the Lapad Beach and that was about 8/10 mins away. There was a bus stop literally one minute walk from the apartment. Buses were every 10 mins. They went into the old town depending on traffic 10 mins away and cost 12KN (approx.1.euro 60) pre- bought tickets, 15KN if purchased on the bus &amp; there was no charge for our children.
We chose this apartment based on the reviews given. Lapad/Babin Kuk is a lovely family area near Dubrovnik town. The Host, Mira has received rave reviews and she really sets these apartments apart from near by properties. Mira has excellent local knowledge and we found all her recommendations really made our time here special. Mira was waiting to welcome us, booked a very good boat trip to the three islands. It wasn't until we were on this trip that we appreciated her recommendation! We saw many different boats taking a similar trip that day, but our boat was not over crowded and the crew were helpful, we also had a transfers from and to our apartment included in the cost (which was incidentally 15 euros cheaper than what we had been quoted down town without any transfer). We were given lots of information regarding the area, shops, facilities and any assistance we needed. We were recommended a wonderful restaurant &quot;Madonna's&quot; a must if you decide to stay in the area. In brief, a lovely apartment in a good location with a fabulous host.           


A Great Stay

The apartment is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet location but easy to get to the beach, shops and town. The absolute jewel though is Mira who runs the apartments. She was so helpful to us, offering advice, arranging transport etc. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Next time I go back to Dubrovnik I will definitely stay here. 
Wifi worked well. We had to switch between different access points depending if we were in the living room or the bedroom but passwords are available for both and they performed well. 

Clean apartment in good location

Very good location 10 minutes bus ride away from Old Town. Staff very helpful from the minute we got there ensuring we had all information for an enjoyable break and also helped with transfers etc. Apartment was a good size with a fantastic view of the city and sea.. Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in Dubrovnik. 

little bit walking up the hill, but worth it. Lovely homeless cats around the area.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
