Comfort studio with terrace features large double bed and sofa bed. Free WiFi, air conditioning and flat screen TV are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, trash cans, extractor, toaster and dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower, toilet paper, soap and hair dryer. Studio features furnished terrace.  Ironing facilities, first aid kit and safe are provided.

Apartments Ira are self catering accommodation located in Babin Kuk. Property offers five accommodation units.  Each unit has air conditioning, flat screen SAT TV, free WiFi, private bathroom and balcony or terrace.

Baby cot is available upon request and it cost 5 euros per day. Late check in (after 11 pm) is available with additional charge of 15 euros.
Pets are allowed upon request with an additional charge of 15 euros per day.
Free private parking is available on site upon request.

Très satisfait.

An excellent, clean and compact place to stay...fairly quiet, but within easy walking distance of the bus to take one to the Old City. Mira, the landlady, is charming and helpful, and will supply bus tickets, Dubrovnic pass.....and lent me a beach towel and beach mat. A first aid kit was readily supplied when I cut my toe.Short walk (but all uphill on the way back)to the supermarket and restaurants. 
Only downside is that the apartment  north, so gets no direct sunlight...but this may be a merit as the room never got oppressively hot.

Excellent apartment

Recently built apartments in quiet neighborhood, very friendly and helpful owner, nearby busstop with 10min traveltime to the Old Town, large supermarket is also not too far, all in all good value for the money. Thanks!

Decent apartments, friendly owner

Mira is so nice host. Very friendly and helpful. She even served us with nice red wine and beer. The apartment was really clean and close to the bus stop if you want to go to the Old town. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

great accommodation with a great landlady for whom nothing was to much trouble. accommodation was clean and tidy.

We stayed with Mira for 3 nights during October and had a lovely time. The apartment was easy self contained with a kitchen and separate bathroom, it was cleaned and had everything we needed. Our host Mira was lovely and recommended various things we could do within Dubrovnik and some lovely restaurants. 

Nice little apartment 15 minutes from the old city 

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
