This lovely one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and can comfortably accommodate up to three persons.
It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and flat screen cable TV. Living room comes with convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen comes with dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Furnished terrace with sea view is at guests disposal.

Ironing facilities are at guests disposal.

Apartments Kirigin are only 20 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.

Parking is available for additional charge of 20 euros per day.

The house is situated in a 15 minutes walk from the old town. Nice walk! The two main rooms were big and aircondition worked perfect. The host was very helpful and professional. The guests must like cats. There are many of them and they walk in and out of the house all the time. I thought it was charming, but you have to like it :)

Wonderful stay in a fantastic flat!

The apartment was located in an idyllic location with stunning views over the Adriatic and across to Lokrum island. It was an easy walking distance between the Old Town and the beach. Kate the owner was absolute delight, incredibly friendly and helpful.  The apartment was very clean and tidy, simply furnished but with everything  needed for self catering.  The apartment is part of a beautiful old stone villa with lovely high ceilings and large windows and old wooden shutters.  It is quite charming.

Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well equipped for a long or short stay.
The views along the coastline and across to Lokrum were stunning and a joy to wake up to.
We were well looked after by our lovely hostess, Kate, who was discrete but always available for advice
when needed. We felt privileged to be sharing this lovely old house with her family.
Although about 15 minutes walk from the old town, we enjoyed the exercise each day and the
opportunity to return to such peace after the crowds of the city. An excellent place to stay.

Rooms with a View

What a lovely apartment and a beautiful view of the old town, close to the town and the beach. All the facilities are nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and communication with a very friendly host.

stunning holiday

This apartement is most charming and spacious with everything you need, overlooking the island of Lokrum and to your right the old town of Dubrovnik. As the view looks westwards you can see beautiful sunsets. The apartement is a 15 minutes stroll away from the old town of Dubrovnik and it is very quiet. The hostess is very nice and gives you all the information you need, wifi fully functional 24/7. A truly great gem, we enjoyed it very much there.

Stupendo appartamento a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Accoglienza calorosa, pulizia impeccabile e strepitosa veduta dalla camera. Possibilità di parcheggiare vicino all'appartamento 8i parcheggi in centro sono molto cari). Spero di tronarci. Lo consiglio vivamente

Stupendo appartamento a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Kirigin apartments. The apartment was very clean and has a large bedroom and living area, reasonable size kitchen and bathroom. It was perfect for us. The view from the apartment is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace very much. The shower was also very powerful so no need to worry. On our arrival Kate was there to greet us and she was absolutely lovely and helpful throughout our whole stay. The apartments are located near one of our favorite beaches in Dubrovnik. It is also close enough to the Old Town to walk but far enough away for peace. It is also right opposite Villa Dubrovnik (luxury 5 star hotel ) so we were able to pop into the bar or for coffee. 
We can't recommend this apartment enough and can't wait to come back next year! Thank you so much Kate.

Wonderful apartment and host! Couldn't ask for more :)

The appartment was nice and clean and met our expectations in all aspects.
1.5 km tp the city centre is not too much but it might  become a challenge for people in our age (70+) especially when it is hot outside.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
