This lovely standard two bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and can comfortably accommodate up to five persons.
It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and flat screen cable TV. Living room comes with convertible sofa. Fully equipped kitchen comes with dining area. 
Private bathroom includes bathtub, washing machine and  hair dryer. Furnished terrace with sea view is at guests disposal.

Ironing facilities are at guests disposal.

Apartments Kirigin are only 20 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.

Parking is available for additional charge of 20 euros per day.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with good facilities and a great terrace located within a fifteen minute stroll to the old town in one direction and a beach and restaurant in the other. Kate was very helpful and available for any enquiries. A lovely bottle of wine was a very nice thought.

We were 3 persons in the apartment and we had a lot of space. We really liked the terrace were we had our breakfast. It took 20 minutes to walk to the center of Dubrovnik which was perfect for us because we like to walk and it was a nice view during the walk. The apartment is located in a quiet and calm area. We were very satisfied with Everything.

We had a great time at apartments kirigin. The apartment met all our expectations and needs.

Our vacation

Posjetio sam Dubrovnik zajedno sa 3 radne kollege. Imali smo srece da izaberemo ovaj lijepi apartman. Domacica je bila vrlo ljubazna i docekala nas sa pivom za dobrodoslicu. Parking je bio obezbijedjen samo nekoliko metara od apartmana. Apartman je cist, dobro opremljen u mirnom dijelu grada blizu Starog grada. Najbliza prodavnica je Konzum na ulazu u Stari grad (ca 15 min setnje). Najblizi restoran je na plazi St Jakob (oko 5 min setnje) ali prilicno skup. Napustili smo ovaj apartman sa finim uspomenama i zbog toga ga toplo preporucujemo.

Apartment Kirigin (Kate) is a large two-bedroom apartment with views of the Adriatic Sea and old Dubrovnik.  It has a great kitchen and living area, with a nice private patio right outside.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
