Apartmani Klis

Our host helped us to arrange transfers from the airport, which was great and made getting there very straightforward. We were presented with a very welcome large bottle of beer on arrival. Communication with the host was very good prior to our arrival, but a bit trickier once we were there, as they spoke no English and we spoke no Croatian. The room was basic, but all we needed. The WIFI was good, beds were comfortable and there was an excellent air conditioner which meant our room was nice and cool. The pool was smaller than we had expected, but clean, with lovely views. There was also a good barbecue and we ate on the terrace most evenings. The other guests were very friendly and helpful, which was great as we had no idea where to find any shops, which buses to catch and where to catch them. The main road is quite dangerous and there is no pavement to walk along which was not too bad, though scary for us as adults, but would have been terrifying if we'd had kids with us. The room was a bit basic, in that there were a few kitchen items that it would have been good to have. However we had a lovely holiday and the weather was fabulous.
