This lovely studio apartment with furnished terrace and sea view is a perfect fit for up to three persons. It features air-conditioning, free WiFi and TV. The equipped kitchenette comes with dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartments Lozica are located in Lozica, 10  km away from Dubrovnik.

Common unheated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Kindly note:
The swimming pool is open from 1.6.-1.10.
You can use free of charge sun loungers and parasols on the beach in front of the property.  
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available.
Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not required.

Apartment was comfortable and clean, as well as close to Dubrovnik, the owner is a great guy, very nice and helpful about everything. Definitely, i'll go back again and stayed here.                     

Great value for money

Its very far out from any towns so you need to drive its not walking distance.
Also the pool was green so not been emptied or useable at all which the pictures look nothing like what you get.
The Apartment was very minimal. No wardrobe door, shower ran out of hot water after one shower so no good for more then one person staying there. And i was really cold through the night.
On the plus side the owner was really lovely and made you feel at home and safe. He lives next door so anything you need hes there. 
And the view from the balcony day and night is beautiful. 
I personally would not stay here again but all in all the owner was lovely and it was clean

I love the apartment, it was in the perfect location somewhere quiet and with a stunning view.
The host was amazing, he'd go out his way for you and was always available.
He also helped us book excursions for the best rate possible,
And helped with transport.
I travelled with me younger brother, who he was really good to and played with him.
I would definitely go back to the same apartment again.

Amazing location with the best host 

I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Dubrovnik. Maro, his family and his team are wonderful people. They work hard and would do anything to make sure your stay is as good as it possibly can be. They were so welcoming and so accommodating. The apartment is simple but everything you could need. Location wise it was perfect. Tourism is huge in Dubrovnik and Lozica is outside the city, it is peaceful, quiet and so picturesque. Maro offers an incredibly cheap taxi service from the apartment to the town centre making it really easy to get into the centre without the need for busses. The apartment is located opposite the port which is really fascinating to see the boats come in and out during the day from your balcony. It is a beautiful place to visit and the apartment offers a less commercial more personalised location for your stay. Its simplicity and authenticity really is really appealing, Maro and his family have run the business for generations and its really captivating to see his team so passionate about the place. Typically Croatian, amazing people, a fantastic place to stay.

My sister and I had a lovely weeks holiday at Lozica and would visit again. Beautiful spot short walk to shop and bus with regular service. Unfortunately the pool was out of order but sea access and great view!

Good location; clean Room,beautiful view from the tarrace; nice, helpful and handsome Ovner ;) What more could you want? :)))

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
