It features WiFi, air-conditioning and  flat-screen LCD TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining area combined with living room. Bathroom includes a shower cabin and a hair dryer.
Furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea is at guests disposal.
Baby cot is available upon request.

All excellent except steps up (if you with small child) - the steep climb ~100m. But in this countryside it's typical situation. My boy's has no problem with that. So it's not big deal. Visit - July 2016

Family with childs (5 &amp; 11 years old)

First, the sea view to apartment was amazing, looking down over a little harbour.  Its location being at the top of approx hundred yard steep slope. Car parking usually took place fifty yards down the main road, which to us did not cause any problems.  There are buses direct to Dubrovnic from here, which is not far away. The accommodation was spotless, bright and modern, well thought out. We met the owners who gave us a warm friendly welcome checking  everything was OK. We were only here for six days and more than happy with it for the price.   Difficult to find initially in the dark. We were in apartment number one.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
