Apartments Nicol are located 900 meters from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town.
Common furnished terrace as well as outdoor seasonal swimming pool is at your disposal, which is just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

The apartments can located on the left hand side upon entering Dubrovnik from the direction of the Dubrovnik airport which is 17 km away.

Very helpfull and friendly host - does not speak much english, but it not a problem.
Fine location up over the traffic and the old town.
Little, usefull swimmingpool - very nice for familys with children.
Very nice garden - possible to sunbade and enjoy your food/drinks.
Only 20 min.'s walk (down) to the old city.
Only problem is the small road to the appartment and little parking space.
I will highly recommend this low budget place ;-) 

good,cheap and very fine little appartment with a view 

Apartment Nicol was a perfect place to stop over at the end of our trip in Croatia. The apartment was self contained and well-equipped with our own small outdoor area and use of the communal outdoor area and pool as well. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and being a quick, 10 minute walk from Dubrovnik in the evenings. The family were all very friendly and welcoming and there the whole time should we need anything. The check-in process was great, we recieved lots of information about the local amenities and a map of Dubrovnik.

Es ist ein Apartment mit netten Eigentümer und allem was man benötigt. 
Man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der sehr schönen Altstadt.Vor der Altstadt sind Busse, die zu schönen Stränden fahren.Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik sehr gut gefallen und wir können ihn weiterempfehlen. 

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit sehr netten  Eigentümer 

This is a great choice for staying near the old town... lovely family welcome, you are made to feel part of family.. apartment is very comfortable and has every you need... lovely terrace and pool for relaxing in the evening and if you're lucky Nikola will BBQ some cevapi for you.

Great apartment near old town Dubrovnik

The host and hostess were really nice and friendly. There was nice terrace, where was fantastic view. The location of apartment was good, it was near the old town. Only thing, what was not so good, were those many stairs when climbing from town to apartment.

Nice holiday

The apartments were absolutely lovely and a perfect base for a holiday in Croatia. A massive king bed which was nicely cool in the evenings, a big living/kitchen and well equipped bathroom.
The outside terrace area where you can sit and have breakfast or drinks is gorgeous as you sit under a veranda covered in vines.
The pool is a typical above ground pool but nice to dip in to cool down or rinse the salt off you.
I cannot praise the owners more as they were absolutely lovely and so accommodating.  They give the full treatment and made the holiday special. Nikola picked us up and drove us back to the airport which was great and made the trip easy for us. He recommended lots of places for us and also stated he would help organise trips if we needed him to.
The best and generous thing was that he was planning a bbq lunch but we were out that day. When we came home in the evening and had a beer on the terrace, Nikola brought us out a platter of meat, salad and bread which he cooked and left for us. He also gave us a cold beer each! We found this really sweet and considerate and couldn't thank him enough.
Yes there are just under 300 steps down to the old town which you have to walk down  and up but they are not that bad at all. Take it slowly and you will walk off the calories from dinner!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
