Spacious balcony offers an outdoor seating area with breathtaking sea views.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

Apartments Oliva are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, only 20 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. 

Property offers two  spacious apartments with free WiFi, air-conditioning and furnished terraces with breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea.

Ironing facilities are at guests disposal.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in all respects
This apartment was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and in a good location. Jadranka the owner was always on hand and is very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, brilliant.

We had a very nice 3 days at apartmemt Oliva. The house was very clean and well equipped 
The view from the balkony was great! Special in the evening with beautiful sunset.
The owners are very helpfull and so kind!

Arrived late in the evening to a warm welcome.  Apartment clean and comfortable with a great sea view.  Above Cavtat with 15-20 minute walk in to town.  For those with less energy the 10 bus stop, with regular cheap buses to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and placed between, is a few minutes walk from the apartment; and the nearest mini-market is less than 10 minutes walk.
If you want wide sandy beaches and fish and chips then the Dubrovnik area is not for you.  If you want a bit of history, old city walls, amazing views, warm clear water, excellent seafood and friendly people (and excellent WiFi) then give it a go.
As good value as I have ever had on my regular travels.

the flat was nice and spotless, it is very nice to have a so big balcony. They were very helpfull as we arrive very late...

Perfect place to stay. We cam here after travelling from Hvar to Split to Dubrovnik. This place was a perfect place to relax away from the touristy atmosphere. Hosts were lovely and made us feel at home. Could not recommend more highly.

Perfect way to enjoy Croatia without the crowds

Die Besitzer sind sehr kinderlieb und engagiert, die Kommunikation auf Englisch war ok. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat die Nähe zum Flughafen nicht gestört (Cavtat liegt in der Einflugschneise, aber Nachtflugverbot). Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht fantastisch, dafür die Wege zum Hauptort und Meer etwas weiter (40 Min. bergab bzw. bergauf). Wer so gerne aktiv ist, ist hier richtig!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
