This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The apartament is very clean and tidy. We arrived at 23 hrs and the owner was waiting for us with a big smile on her face and very nice. As soon as we got there we were able to wash our cloths and take a warm bath after a long day. The apartment has everything you need! The owner is really nice, She tries to help you at all times . It was an amazing experience.  The taxi from the port to the hotel charges 10euros. It has a great location because it's close to downtown but in a quiet place

We stayed in two ajoining apartments,one slightly smaller than the other but both good sizes and very modern and stylish.There was everything you could need for a pleasent stay,kitchen equipment etc the beds were comfortable and more than enough wardrobe space.The lady who owns the apartment greeted us warmly and brought us a bowl of cherries and a glass of home made limoncello each so we could toast our stay in Dubrovnik.She returned a short while later with a bottle of the same stuff as a gift for my daughter whos birthday it was.She couldnt have been more helpfull and charming and two days later turned up with a bottle of wine for me for my birthday.She even gave us a lift to the bus station on our last morning.Couldnt recommend it more highly. Home away from home

Wonderful location. Close to supermarket - restaurants - bus stop - sea - beach - swimming. Very peaceful. Washing machine added bonus. Ljiljana &amp; Milenko Radic and family are lovely people and wonderful hosts.

In middle of old town, close to ferry, bus and train terminals, pleasant walk to beach. Hop on hop off bus will stop at park on hill if you want to walk or take a picnic  for two hours till next bus.   Tourist office very helpful staff, blue walking tour informative and entertaining and enjoyed seeing 'Caesar' appear at noon.

Small but with everything we needef

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
