This three-bedroom apartment features air-conditioning, free WiFi, and furnished balcony overlooking famous Old Town of Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea. It has three bedrooms, living room with flat-screen SAT TV and sitting area, dining area, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has two private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Hair-dryer is also provided.

Apartments Villa Ari are ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. 
Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.

The best view for Dubrownik. The place is situated closed to small grocery shop whete you can buy everything for breakfest.  
Very nice apartament with two bathroom. Small balcone with very high wall 

Super trip

Unit owners are lovely and very accommodating. Apartment is 20 meters from local bus that covers all stops including ferry terminal. Quite location at night away from town which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Attic balcony has a very high wall which restricts the otherwise great view. Apartments below ours would have been better.

Staff and apartment were both great. We were even able to check in hours before initially stated which was such a huge help for us as we arrived much before schedule. 
We loved staying here and were impressed there were two bathrooms for only three bedrooms. 
Perfect location within 5 mins walk of a supermarket and Banje beach!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location! 

We were very impressed with this apartment.
Our host heard us arriving and came out to help with the cases! We had a welcome bottle of wine in the apartment. Minutes after our arrival our host came back with four beers (she had heard us saying we needed one)! 
The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern.
Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice lounge/kitchen/diner.
The balcony is small but adequate.
Excellent and very effective air condition system - very welcome! 
The apartment is well equipped with utensils and kitchen stuff.
The apartment is an easy stroll down into the old town. We walked back up one afternoon, (quite tough in the heat) but late evening we chose a taxi! 
It is worth asking the host for explicit instructions to arrive with luggage on the top road. The actual address of the apartment meant we were dropped on the lower road and then had to lug heavy cases up a lot of stairs. 
Our host arranged a transfer taxi back to the airport and was generally very helpful. 
We would recommend this apartment!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
