Apartments Villa Capitano  is located in Mlini, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Property will provide you with a pool, loungers, umbrellas, slide for children, swing, BBQ facilities and  furnished terrace with sea and pool view perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. 

Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.

Everything was just perfect. Perfect view, perfect clean, perfect Apartment, realy nice pool!!
There is everything you need to feel comfortable!
The Apartment is up at a hill. Its not far away from the sea, but you need to be realy sporty to walk :-)
A car is helpful. 
The area around is beautyful. A Konsum an a Lidl is even not far away. 
Dubrovnik is just 10 min away 

Just perfect

The apartment was really nice, clean and big. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect and clean. Unfortunately we had some problem with the wifi, it only worked sometimes. Location is not perfect, you will need a car to get there because there are a lot of steps and far walking from the beach. Mlini is nice but very small and do not have a lot of restaurants. 

Nice apartment

We loved the design and space in this duplex apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking some great views. The shared pool area is nice with soft seating area and sun loungers although the property is a little overlooked from other properties and in front there is a quiet road so traffic could be passing whilst you're relaxing by the pool. The location is marked down due to the difficult access especially if you have a large car (steep climb up to the area and some tight turns) although the parking area at the property is good. 

Homely and well equiped apartment

Very stylishly decorated new apartment above a nice small town called Mlini. We had the 2 story apartment and it was super. Hosts are also very friendly and have considered even all small details. Nice pool &amp; several beaches nearby. Would recommend a rental car to get around, although Mlini is within walking distance and has a nice small beach and several restaurants. Also a regular 10-15 minute boat service from Mlini harbor to Dubrovnik, and nearby nice island called Lokrum. We definately recommend the apartment, maybe the best we have ever been at!
Things to consider is that location is bit out of Mlini center and the route to the Villa is very narrow roads.

Super place!

We would definitely recommend this apartment, very clean, everything you could need, new decor, great location &amp; lovely owners who cannot do enough to help. 
The only negative is the size of the pool area it is very small for 4 apartments to share &amp; once the final 2 are completed it will be even worse, other than that we had a wonderful holiday in a stunning location the view from the apartment balcony is amazing of the sea. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill &amp; narrow lanes so hiring a car is advisable. 

Superb Apartment

Spent a week in this beautiful house. House is new, very clean and it is nicely decorated, extremely homely and functional. Beds where huge and comfortable and we really enjoyed a good sleep. We had everything we needed. There where warmed floors and house was warm and comfortable even in rainy days in October. The owner was very helpfull and we even got to stay until evening because of the late flight on departure day. We really appreciated that with three kids :). The house is situated on a quiet area and the road to the house is a bit narrow and has a lot of steep turns, I do not recommend  arriving with a large van. Othervise the house is situated only few minutes from a great big supermarket and some nice restaurants. Dubrovnik is only 10 minutes drive and so is the airport. Location is ideal if you have a car and want to see around the area. We really recommend this house to anyone travelling to area! This house was far better than expected!Thank you!

Beautiful appartment with great location

Den fantastiska tvåvånings lägenheten ligger uppe mot berget ca 15 min gångväg från havet. Lägenheten var fullt utrustad och det fattades verkligen ingenting och den har en underbar utsikt över havet. Oerhört smakfullt inred med lyxiga badrum och en  utomhus pool som rengjordes grundligt varje dag. Värdparet var så hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga. Vi åker väldigt gärna tillbaka till Villa Capitano och mycket snart hoppas jag.

Fantastisk boende

Great place. Our family love it. It's very quiet and excellent Villa. The owner is very friendly and have waited for us even after 2 hours of delay to border passing. The pool is very refreshing when using in the afternoon.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
