Ironing facilities and baby cot are available upon request.

Laundry service is available with additional charge 13 euros.

Apartments Villa Dadić are situated in Dubrovnik, in a quite little place called Nuncijata with one of the most beautiful views in the city. House is located on the top of an uphill slope.
There are eight accommodation units in a modern family house overlooking the sea or the city.

There is a private parking available on site if reserved in advance.

This was a great base. If you take a short walk down a steep hill you had easy access to the local bus, walk down into Gruz and you had multiple buses to take you all over Croatia.


Wonderful apartments and great location

Villa Dadic is a.calm oasis after the crowds in Dubrovnik!
It is well furnished ,spacious , with a view from every window.
The owner is extremely helpful.

Хозяин апартаментов очень вежлив и приятен, всегда на связи (отвечает в течение 2-5 минут), организовал нам с трансфер из аэропорта. Номер светлый и чистый, на кухне есть необходимая посуда. Потрясающий вид из окна на море и Порт. До Старого города добирались на такси 10 мин, обратно ехали на автобусе, остановка очень близко. Рядом с апартаментами есть маленький магазинчик с продуктами, очень удобно. Поужинать спускались к порту, там есть ресторанчики, можно сесть на корабль и отправиться на остров Млет. Единственный минус-это спуск по многочисленным ступенькам вниз к порту. Но в целом это не портит впечатление и компенсируется шикарным видом с террасы апартаментов.

Let me start by saying that you get an excellent view of the Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik city. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The hosts are super nice and even loaned us local currency because we did not have any upon arrival. The location is up a hill and there is a bus stop that takes you to Pile Gate right at the bottom of the hill. The only problem is that it is a steep uphill walk back to the apartment if you are taking the bus. (Of course, Uber is an option too!)

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated!
