Private parking is free of charge is available on site, reservation is not needed.
The property owner can help with organizing different day trips upon request.

It was a nice experiencia but here I let you some complains to improve the apartment:
. In the bathroom there isn't enough light to make you up or shave well.
. I missed some cushions or another pillow.
. The last one complain is the view but I know that it isn't possible to improve.

Nice and celan without views

We stayed in the Lavender room at Villa Karmen for one week in early June 2016. We loved the room which was spotlessly clean, spacious and peaceful. We had a lovely little private garden terrace with lovely lavender plants. Ideal location for visiting the Dubrovnik area. Local buses run regularly to the Old City but the walk is not long and fairly pleasant. Veronica was very helpful and provides very good support to guests ( if needed). The location is fine up a small hill from the seafront and is very easy to find just up the side street opposite the main port building. Would recommend staying and would definitely return.

Lovely room - Spotless

Really nice stay, appartment all furnished, very clean, the owner was really helpful and available if we have any question! 
The only thing that we regret is the location, too far to dubrovnick old city or the beaches of Lapad.
For the price, it should have been closer.

room is very clean and modern.
location was not bad. near ferry and bus terminal.
easy to get to old town.
hostess was very kind.
and I 'd like to recommand to swim near old port. 
cablecar was very good, but tracking road wasbetter.

Al lado del puerto nuevo de Dubrovnik y de la estacion de autobuses. Muy limpio y nuevo. Con restaurantes y supernercados cerca, pero con lo necesario para cocinar. Fantastico tener aparcamiento privado porque es mejor ir al casco antiguo en autobus. Se coge al lado del puerto, solo bajar una cuesta. Un apartamento muy acogedor y Veronica muy atenta. Sin duda lo recomendare

Pretty little apartment. Very clean, comfortable, secure and quiet. A 15 minute bus ride from the old town but close to the bus stop. Some cafes and shops 5 minutes walk away. Good value.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
