Private parking is free of charge is available on site, reservation is not needed.
The property owner can help with organizing different day trips upon request.

very nice view, exellent apartment, clean, kind.
everything is very good.
I'm very impressed!
I stayed three days, I feel comfortable, and warm.
And if walking few minutes, you can get arrived a big market.

Perfect to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very comfortable, bright and spacy and provided everything one could  possibly need, including working WiFi. Nice location, away from the bustle of the old town but only a 10 minutes busride away from it. Absolutely perfect! 

Wonderful

A lady who hosted us at check-in 'Valonika' she was waiting for us at the accomodation even though we arrived earlier than general check-in time.
The room was superb because it kept clean and looked very new.The location was brilliant as well. We walked to the bus station for the old city with only 5 minutes and the bus station has ticket office.It's absolutely confotable for tourists.
WiFi connection was also very good and fast enough for mail and looking for something about Dubrovnik before going out.

Friendly staff and clean room

Our experience in Apartments Villa Karmen was really good.   The apartment is nice, pretty new and with a very nice views of Dubrovnick's Port.   The owner was very friendly.    Was good for families.

Fantastic days in Dubrovnik

This place was perfect- a short bus use away from the busy old town so it was a great location. The apartment is very modern and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was also well equipped. Our host was there to great us and was very friendly and helpful. We loved the balcony which had views over the port. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a short break to Dubrovnik. 

Superb Apartment

Wonderful Appartement with friendly and helpful host. Easy Communication with the host via WhatsApp.
The Appartement was in very good condition and well equiped.
Location is good, directly at the harbor. Old Town can be reached wirh a cheap bus easily.

Great apartment, quiet and practical location, nice view.Direct access to ferry and bus, easy to reach old town by city bus in a few minutes. There are restaurants and cafes near by, including Amfora that serves fine cuisine. I recommend this accompdation without any hesitation.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
