Overlooking the Adriatic sea this gallery studio apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to three people. The studio features free WiFi, AC, SAT LCD TV, open space living room with sofa, equipped mini kitchen and dining area, and a large double bed on the gallery. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Linens and towels are provided.

We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

Kindly note:
 - Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are available from 15.04.-15.10., 
    they are open each day from 09 AM until 07 PM.
 - Gym is open 24/7.
 - Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM.
 - Laundry facilities are available from 05 PM until 00 AM.

Wij hebben afgelopen maandag 1 nacht mogen doorbrengen in dit zojuist geopende appartementencomplex.
De kamer was zeer compleet, mooi, schoon en fris. Het complex heeft veel voorzieningen zoals een zwembadje, een sauna en een gezamenlijke keuken. De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend
Het complex ligt 10 minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum. Goede uitvalbasis voor een dagje Dubrovnik.

Geweldig!

The room was great, modern and fresh. We lived at the highest level which was nice because of always having sun at the balcony. The bed and kitchen was good and bathroom too. Really happy with our stay due to good living conditions (loved the pool and jacuzzi) and good service. Its location was okay, 5-10 minutes to the village. We went there at least one time a day. There were good restaurants with good prices. Also only 50 kuna for a boat trip to Dubrovnik!

Hi! My name is Daniel and I bin with My family in almost every country in europé, and finally we arrived at the  best place so far on our trip!
We have already decided that we will go directly to this place next year and just stay here. I' ve never ecountered so wonderfoul staff before with such a nice personaleties, and the hotel is so fresh!
Whatever I have wondered or bin asking about, the staff have solved it for me, you see, we arrived here in a camper-car but the charge for camping is nearly higher than for the hotel, so wy stay at a camp????
I recomend everybody to stay here/Daniel with family

This is heaven!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Luka's before catching our flight from Dubrovnik airport. The room was spacious, super fresh and equipped with everything we needed. Outside pool and hot tub are top notch.
Perfectly situated in nice area within easy reach of beautiful seaside Cavtat.

Genuinely beautiful place

We stayed 9 nights in Villa Lukas, Cavcat, and wished we could have stayed longer. Great place, excellent service, great view from balcony, good location, great facilities, including gym and lovely pool area.  Great hospitality. Would all love to come back (mother + 3 teen girls). We all enjoyed. 

Highly recommended!

Lovely well kept apartments, newly built. Great welcome and very friendly management. Very clean, great sea views, nice pool and jacuzzi area. Free coffee machine is a really nice touch. Close to the airport so you can be by the pool within 20 minutes of arriving in Croatia.
Really enjoyed our stay, we will definatly recommend.
