Overlooking the Adriatic sea this studio apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to two people. The studio features free WiFi, AC, SAT LCD TV, equipped mini kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Linens and towels are provided.

We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

Kindly note:
 - Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are available from 15.04.-15.10., 
    they are open each day from 09 AM until 07 PM.
 - Gym is open 24/7.
 - Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM.
 - Laundry facilities are available from 05 PM until 00 AM.

A very nice new place.
The rooms are pleasant and beds so comfortable...
We have loved to stay few more days, spending time ah the pool in a very quiet environment...
It would  have been really perfect if we could have breakfast here.
The center of Cavtat is about 10-15 minutes walking.

One day in Cavtat

Room and hole apartment was very clean, comfortable and homely. The staff was extremly friendly and we felt ourself very welcomed.
The location was about 15 minutes walking from the old city. Nice, peaceful walk from hotel to the downtown.
We recommend this apartment if you apprecciate peaceful and cleanness.


Relaxing, seawiev, nightkayaking, seatrips to Dubrovnik and the islands Locrum and Mljet

These new apartments were spotlessly clean and bright. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the small kitchenette had everything you would need to prepare breakfast or lunch. The air conditioning and shutters were a welcome respite from the sun and heat and the balcony with sea view was a favourite of mine!  We were lucky that during our stay there wasn't too many kids around and the small pool and bathing area was peaceful and relaxing.  Luka was a most generous host and we are sure that this new venture will be a very successful one for him and his talented beautiful wife.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...).
3. Produce no noise after midnight.
4. Take care and keep the inventory of the apartment, especially the floor and furniture.
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
