Overlooking the Adriatic sea this studio apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to two people. The studio features free WiFi, AC, SAT LCD TV, equipped mini kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Linens and towels are provided.

We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

Kindly note:
 - Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are available from 15.04.-15.10., 
    they are open each day from 09 AM until 0 7PM..
 - Gym is open from 08 AM - 08 PM.
 - Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM.
 - Laundry facilities are available upon request.

Lovely apartment that includes some real surprise features such as gym, sauna, pool and well stocked  fridge/kitchen. Everything is new and spotless.  The owners are really friendly and helpful; this is a new venture for them and they deserve to be a big success.  Cavtat is a beautiful unspoilt resort with a mix of gorgeous scenery, lovely climate and a range of good places to eat. Dubrovnik is just an hour or so away by boat (less by cab/bus) and the airport  is just 15 mins away by cab.

Po dlouhé cestě to byla oáza klidu a pohody. Výborné ubytování, čisto, super zařízení. Trochu problém s pláží,ale s autem se dá dojet do 2km na pláž. Posilovna, výřivka, bazén, slunečníky a lehátka u bazénu, sauna vše k dispozici hostů villy Lukas. Majitel velmi ochotný a vstřícný, poradil, zařídil co bylo potřeba. Vysoká kvalita kuchyňských spotřebičů v centrální kuchyni, wi-fi zdarma. 2 minuty chůze je místní konzum, který má otevřeno po celý den. Parkování je přímo u apartmánu a je dostatečně prostorné i pro větší auta. Jako malý nedostatek bych viděla blízkost letiště Dubrovník, ale i v plné sezoně byl provoz minimální. Doporučuji jako ideální dovolenou v luxusnějším prostředí za přijatelnou cenu pro náročné hosty.

The apartent was in a perfect location to access the beautiful town and waterfront.
It was finished to an extremely high standard, the pool area, the gym and the bedrooms were all perfect.
Lukas is a fantastic host and we could not recommend more highly.

Amazing Apartment

Dear guests,
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...).
3. Produce no noise after midnight.
4. Take care and keep the inventory of the apartment, especially the floor and furniture.
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
