Property offers three air-conditioned units with free WiFi, and all units feature private bathroom. 

Luggage storage is possible prior check in.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby, reservation is not possible, charges will apply.

Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
Preauthorization: Your card will be preauthorized for the total price of the reservation during the free cancellation period.
Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 5 days before arrival.

If the reservation is cancelled at any time after booking the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The total price of the reservation will be charged at any time after booking.

Non Refundable

The location was okay, it was an easy walk to the old city but took a while. Very far walk from the bus station (especially with luggage).
The beds had towels for blankets and so it got pretty cold at night.
The wifi didn't work on the first day which made it very difficult for us to do our trip planning so we had to find wifi elsewhere. The owner put in the effort to get it working the second day we were there which was great!
We also weren't given enough toilet paper and had to buy our own

Okay Stay

When I booked the apartment, my only criteria were close to the old town and WiFi. The apartment was clean and close the the old town but the WiFi did not work. We raised this issue with the owner and he acted surprised but after a period of me demonstrating his password wasn't working he remembered about a previous storm which had broken the WiFi. I highlighted I wasn't receiving what I paid for but he reassured me with the fact that the WiFi worked for the other guests who were using another router. It was 4 very unpleasant nights as I had bits of work to do and couldn't complete these in the space I had paid to complete them in. The owner was evasive of his duties and his attitude stank. He is clearly riding off Dubrovnik's demand and is in no way aspiring to supply customer satisfaction.

Highly disappointing.

Quite confortable stay in this apartment with busline stop 200m away. Really confortable beds and peace and quiet place. Good place to enjoy old town...................................................:..

5minute-bus ride from the old town

Very nice apartment. Very clean, quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They change the towels and bed sheets regularly. Bakery, shops, beach and local bus station very near. Suitable for families and solo trips. The price is accordable with apartment conditions. Next time I will go at te same apartment!!!! 

Perfect apartment 

Perfectly located, highly recommended accommodation. Just 15 minutes walk from Old Town, beach almost on your doorstep, close to the bus station, brilliant location. The facilities were spotless, plenty of clean towels, crockery, bed linen all provided. Lovely, genuine couple own the property and are willing to help in any way they can. I also met their daughter who was more than helpful and obliging. Very safe neighbourhood, beautiful views. I would definitely come back here.

Superb accomodation

We had a great time in Split, we particularly liked the great location, close to the main square and old town.  We had everything we could of needed including great restaurants although we had good privacy being tucked away.  Supermarket was close by along with laundromat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Leo was a great host!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
