Guest House Avdić is located in Lapad bay, only 400 meters away from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town. The accommodation features 4 units: three studio apartments and one double room. All studios feature a furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the kitchenette and private bathroom. Air conditioning are provided. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out.

Great spot, great hosts, great locatiion
Seme greeted us with coffee, biscuits and juice. She also gave us coffee and croissants the next day. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Great location near the buses and wifi was provided. It was great value for money and the experience was made more enjoyable by Seme and her husband making us feel like part of the family.

Alejado del centro histórico
Está lejos del centro y de la estación de autobuses y el puerto. A pie unos 45 minutos. Y cuesta encontrar la localización un poco. La señora muy amable aunque habla muy poco inglés. Nos ofreció traslado al aeropuerto por 30€, lo cual es la mejor opción para ir desde allí. Si no hay que coger dos autobuses o taxi, que es más caro. La habitación que reservamos era una individual y realmente no estaba tan limpia y nueva como parecía en las fotos. Tampoco tenía vistas al mar. Quiza otras habitaciones de las que ofrecen estén mejor, pero esta no nos convenció para nada.
