Superior studio apartment features large double bed, single sofa bed and flat screen TV.  Kitchenette is equipped with stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Private bathroom comes with shower, toilet paper and soap. Studio features balcony with sea view. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided.

Guest House Avdić is located in Lapad bay, only 400 meters away from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town. The accommodation features 4 units: three studio apartments and one double room.  All studios feature a furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the kitchenette and private bathroom.  Air conditioning are provided. 

Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out.

Large room, with spectacular views from the balcony. Good price/quality ratio. Easy to find, near the beach and very polite staff. This is definately a place to stay if you are looking for a apartment in Babin Kuk.

One night stay in Dubrovnik

Perfect location.Only 15mins bus to get to the Old city.Quiet and peaceful area.Supermarket and bakery only 200m from the house.Landlady and her family are really welcoming!The room is really clean and the landlady always make sure that everyhing is fine.I definitely recommend it.

Meillä oli parveke merelle. Rauhallinen ja kiva sijainti, siisti ja huippu emäntä. Hyvät yhteydet läheltä keskustaan.  Suosittelemme! Aamuisin kivat näkymät kohti yöllä saapuneita risteilijöitä.

Шикарнейший вид с террасы, гостеприимная и совершенно не навязчивая хозяйка. Чистота, свежий ремонт и близость к морю. Г-жа Семи угостила нас вкуснейшим ужином, а ее пирожные))! Рекомендую, не пожалеете!

Amazing views. Nice terrace. Clean. Good location. Semy (the owner) is great. Highly recommended. Her son has an agency where you can book excursions. Very nice people. The apartment very  cosy. Quiet area. Nice restaurants around.

Fantastic 

We have just come back from a 10 day stay in the superior studio with a sea view. The apartment is a converted attic so there are some issue with a low ceiling, the kitchen is small but useable, as is the bathroom. It is also at the top of a hill with about 140 steps down to the coast. That's enough of the negatives, being on a hill means there are fantastic views of the harbour so that you can watch all the boats coming and going. There are huge cruise liners to small boats none of which can be heard once the window is closed. There is a small lovely beach 10 minutes walk away. Sema the host is fantastic, she was there to welcome us when we arrived and on two occasions brought us home made wine and cake. She even made us an evening meal one night and brought it up to our balcony. All amenities are within walking distance including a supermarket, bakery, a street with loads of bars and but into town. If you are thinking about booking this room, then do it. We cannot recommend it enough 

Fantastic view

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
