Standard

The place is near the bus station and in 40 minutes walk from the old town. The hosts are the most polite and pleasant people. The room is small but has all the stuff that is needed for a person travelling alone.

I booked a Double room and was placed in a Single room. The single room without aircon was really hot and stuffy which means I had to open the door and window for fresh air, but at night time a lot of bugs came in and I got bitten all over :( Wifi was NOT working 99% of the time. The kitchen cupboards had spiderwebs in them (and spiders for that matter) For the same price I've had way better stays in other cities, but it could be that Dubrovnik is just expensive :/ They also kept spamming me with booking an airport transfer. The up-side was that the family was friendly. There was a coffee corner and bathrooms were clean.

I don't recommend the single room.

The room was very comfortable, the people very nice. I had a great experience. The location was quite good, close enough to the old city and other touristic attractions. You have to be prepared to walk up and down but that is the beauty of the city

Nice , clean. A little difficult to find, The address is a stairs , not a road. Stayed just one night but would stay there again, Nice pizza resturante just  down the stairs.   2 km from old town.

Guest house bradas, owned by a croatian couple was a nice place to stay. Quiet and two supermarkets nearby. What was on the backside was that they couldnt really give ypu much information about things (cause their english wasent that good). 
It takes around 30/minutes to come to the old city (by foot). 
Otherwise you can take for example 1a or b down town

Guest House Bradas was very cozy and peaceful place to stay. My room was very comfortable and nicely furnished and everything was very clean there. The hostel was located near the port of Dubrovnik, and was easy to reach from  the bus station. The staff of the hostel were very helpful and kind during my visit. I warmly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Dubrovnik city. :)

really friendly host and great value for money, with a nice terrace. Good location half way between old town and bus/ferry station (10-15 min walking each). Quite convenient to discover the city and go on some boat trips to the islands.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
