Guest House Cesic is located 1.5 km from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town. It is only 400 meters from the beach and it offers eight accommodation unites.

Standard

We only had one night in Dubrovnik and this guest house was ideal.
We only booked it on the day - 30 minutes before arriving - so it was very easy (staying in June).
The room was large, clean and comfortable.
If you are OK walking then the Guest House was within walking distance from the Old Town.
We went into Dubrovnik for one evening and then spent the next day there before flying home.
We were lucky enough to see on a big screen outside one for the bars - Croatia play a football match in Euro 2016 whilst we were there - great atmosphere.
The guest house was a bit hard to find and we were fortunate to get a free parking space (in June).
The owner was very friendly.
 

Excellent short stay in Dubrovnik

Very Kind owner, booked 2 double bed rooms, 
Clean rooms, clean douche and WC with towels- although we did not order any breakfast everything was neat and nicely prepared.
Both rooms had refrigerators one with a Frozen part 
Summarized: clean, nice, neat, near the center (leisure walk @12-15min ending in front of old city center), 

Short Trip to Dubrovnik for 2 days

Very friendly owners. standard was as expected, travelled with a friend and had booked a room with a bathroom, we did recieve a room with a seperate bathroom, just down the hall, though only we had acces to it with a key. somewhat annoying if you wake up during the night and the bathroom isnt in the room but for a couple of days its not worth complaining. Location was good, can walk to old town about 15-20 min away. theres a pebble beach about 5-10 minutes away. Be aware if you have trouble walking that this hotel is located after a long flight of stairs, but the whole town is basically like this.
all in all, would recommend. You get what you pay for, nothing more nothing less.

Good

A little 25 minute walk to old town from our accommodation didn't bother us. The room was very nice and clean and we had our own bathroom and balcony.  The guestlady was very nice and she baked cake for us! Good price for an good apartment!

Good appartement 

Localização perfeita entre a cidade murada e o porto, próximo de restaurantes e supermercados. Ônibus a menos de 200 metros, estacionamento tranquilo, na rua, grátis. Os donos são gentis e elegantes, muito simpáticos, nos sentimos em nossa casa.

One Night in Dubrovnik

La habitación  es grande, se duerme bien, no hay ruido y la limpieza es inmejorable. Los dueños te hacen la estancia muy agradable y te ayudan en todo.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
