Guest House Ćuk is located in Lapad, only 10 minutes ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The property features 7 accommodation units.

Everything was great! Slavko welcomed us very well and explained is everything we need to know. He even drove us in town!
The room was very clean and comfortable. Slavko gave us a room better for us than the one we booked since it was empty for the time we stood.
We highly recommand this one!

Perfect 

Immaculately clean.
Directions could have been better, but once you get there, it is easy the next time.
Only observation is that there should be curtains on window.
Excellent WiFi connection.
Woke in the morning to a view of cruise liners.

  Nice clean accommodation

Good location outside of the city with a market and local town nearby. The accommodation itself is not a place I would choose to stay at again. There were issues with form of payment, privacy, paper thin walls, attitude of owner &amp; very cramped room.

Not ideal.

We're very satisfied with the accommodation of amazing view, and the location is great, 10 minutes walk to the bus station, 3 minutes walk to the market, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The host is nice, even sent us to the bus station the last day. 

Very good choice of accomodation

We had a fantastic stay at the guest house. The host was so nice, he collected us from the bus station and returned us to the bus station after our stay. The apartment is so close to the water and everything else you need. I could not recommend this place high enough. 

Great stay at guest house cuk

We spent four nights in a twin room at Guesthouse Cuk. The place and room were clean and all worked very well for us. There is a nice patio with seaview outside where we had breakfest every morning. Very helpful owners, they gave us some tips and a car ride two times.
There are some nice beaches and restaurants relatively near by (walk 10-15min). It was easy to catch the bus to the old town (bus stop in walking distance). The area, as Croatia in general, has many hills and stairs so challenging place for people who can not move easily. Though, if you're happy to walk, a car is not essential here.

Good value for your money

Small twin room with fab shower - very clean and air conditioned. Lovely shared terrace with view of sea and little summer kitchen with fridge and 2 hotplates. Room even has kettle and cups so I didn't need the one I brought. Bring your own tea/coffee though. Host very kind.

Air conditioning great!

Ett bra boende för oss som föredrog en semester bortom de stora hotellområdena och dess stränder. Vi har mötts av en vänlig värdfamilj, bott i ett litet men fräscht rum med dusch och toa, har haft en fantastisk utsikt från den gemensam terassen, där vi ibland ätit vår frukost. En mataffär finns ett par hundra meter bort (en del av personalen där visade dock en mycket ovänlig attityd ).
Kanske det allra bästa är att den första i den långa räckan av badstegar ner i havet finns &quot;precis utanför dörren&quot;. Dessutom är det ett bekvämt gångavstånd till flera restauranger samt till lokalbussen som bl.a tar en in till &quot;Old city&quot;

Trevligt boende bortom de stora hotelstränderna

Great time in Dubrovnik. The guest house was very clean, the room was a bit small but it had a private bathroom. 
The common area has a terrace with a few tables and comfortable chairs perfect to enjoy breakfast with nice views of the Port Gruz.
There is a refrigerator in the common area that you can use to keep your food or drinks for breakfast or dinner.
The owner, Mr. Slavko was very helpful at all times. 
The guest house is very close to the 2A bus stop (to go to the old town) and you have to walk a little if you want to take the bus 6.
Also is a walking distance to the beach. Beautiful waters by the way.
Well, we definitely recommend the place.

Location, cleanliness and the owner is super attentive. I strongly suggest .

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
