We all loved staying here this summer. An apartment had a balcony with an amazing view over the town and sea.  The owner of the house was super friendly. He offered us a greeting bottle of wine as a welcoming gesture, which I thought was very nice 

Great accommodation with an amazing view

This place was perfect for 3 people!  More than enough space: one bedroom for two (with door), pull-out couch for one person (but could definitely fit 2), small kitchen with amenities, large bathroom with shower/tub and washing machine, and nice dining room area.  We especially enjoyed the parking spot, so we didn't have to pay to park in Dubrovnik.  The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk to Dubrovnik's old town, however, it is all down hill one way, and ALL up hill going back-- LOTS of stairs.  Walking is not recommended for those with ambulatory problems, and the bus stop is close by if you choose not to walk.  The pictures and directions made our arrival very quick and efficient.  There was also an outdoor seating area for us to enjoy our breakfasts and drinks.  If we ever find ourselves back in Dubrovnik, we will be sure to stay here again!

Apartment with a view!

Good location where you could walk to old city or take public bus from bus stand just across the road. Great view from the balcony. Got heater in the bathroom so won't feel cold during taking shower. Host was nice and helpful.

Great apartment

The appartment was clean, well furnished. The balcony offers a beautifull view and sunset. We appreciate the hospitality of Marco the owner. Just perfect!

Great location 

Owner was very friendly and helpful.  We had arranged a pick up from the airport but I would recommend just picking up a taxi at the airport as it would be a lot cheaper.  Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.  There were 4 of us so 2 of us were sleeping on the fold down bed in the open plan living area which wS fine for a 2 night stay but if you were staying for a longer time it's only really suitable for 2 people.  Location was good and as we were high up we had good views.  There was a steep winding walk down to the old town which was fine and you could get the no 3 bus from outside the apartment.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik!

Amazing Dubrovnik

Mooi, ruim, licht, proper appartement. Perfecte ligging op de Plitvice te bezoeken + de host geeft je zeer interessante info voor het park.

Goed appartement

The apartment was very clean, good size and well equipment. Location also good, bus stop close to the apartment. Amazing views. Owners friendly and helpful. I recommend everyone who wants to spend time in Dubrovnik.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
