We stayed one week in Misita. Very friendly owner Nikola and his wife Maria gave us the feeling that we were &quot;at home&quot;. Sometimes a drink, sometimes a Croatian specialty. Lovely!
The room is comfortable and very clean. There is a little kitchen so if you like you can make your own breakfast or light meal. Views from the balcony are great! Restaurants, a supermarket and the busstop to the old town or the main busstation are in a walking distance.
We enjoyed our staying very much and recommend it to every one who choose for a little charming guesthouse.

Misita, cosy, friendly, clean and comfortable

The owner is amazing. He is very friendly and helpful (he drove us to the airport, gave us some wine everyday, and so many other kindness). The appartment was simple but was well ferbished and the location was perfect.
I recommand this place to everyone !!!

Perfect Journey 

The room is okay. There is a very nice terrace with a beautiful view.
The shower is not the best I've seen but the value for money is good.
The owner is very kind.

2 unexpensive nights in Dubrovnik

Recently returned from Croatia and spent 3 nights at this property. The owners are lovely and really made us feel welcome. It is a room only property but we did have a fridge in the room. Room was older looking than other properties we stopped at it Croatia but the location is great if you want to escape the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik(and the prices). The owner has a building within the property grounds that he has kitted out as a kitchen so you can cook food if you want breakfast or to stay in at night. We did one night and sat on our shared balcony watching the sunset. Lovely side view from the property across the water and it was a really quiet location. 10/15 min walk to the main bars, restaurants and sea front. Supermarkets (2) closely located. Bus stop 5 mins away that takes you inot Dubrovnik and worked out at 15 Kuna each way and run frequently and if my memory serves me well until 2am. The owners really made our stay here a memorable one and it was nice to chat to them each day, they were helpful with anything we had to ask. Would recomment, lovely end to our Croatian adventure.

Lovely property, great location and fab owners

Had a great stay here, the host was very welcoming and gave me grapes and schnapps upon arrival. Location is close to lots of restaurants and about a half hour walk from the old town. Good value for money given how expensive Dubrovnik is!

Gemütliches Privatquartier mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Hausleute. 5 Min bis zur Busstation und der Promenade. Sind Motoradfahrer und waren begeistert. Alfons und Judith

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
