Very kind people! The location is very good, 20 minutes from the center and 20-30 from the bus station. The bedrooms are big, clean and the bathrooms too. If you need something you can ask Raguz and he will help you. If I come back to Dubrovnik I'll sleep there too for sure! The price is really good,the Internet works good but sometimes it falls 

Really good

Good place to go, good view, location is between the main bus station and the old city. Staf are very kind but don't really speak english, but we are able to understand them we had no problem and we don't speak their language. Good p'ace to go we recommend this place.

Stay at guest house raguz

Right in the middle of old centar and Lapad area! Very nice people! If you want to do sightseeing and like to go to the beach, guest house raguz is located perfectly! I would definitly recommend it. In the morning we would get a nice cup of croatian coffee with cake. When we had to check out our luggage could stay upstairs at there place and they gave us tea, Dubrovnik sweets and a good rakija! Very very nice people..

Super location

The house is not so close to the city center.
Staff was not professional at all. They can't speak English properly and didn't ask any ID documents.
The room was not clean. The facilities were old. We had a very old and dirty blanket (full of dust) which caused us a lot of itch. Because of this we didn't sleep the whole night and early in the morning we had to go to a Pharmacy to buy lotion and anti-staminic to fight against possible acarus. 
We think the room has been cleaned ages ago so that the blankets and carpets were full of dust.
We didn't recommend this accommodation at all.

The worst experience in Croatia

I am definitely satisfied with all aspects of the accommodation! Nice location, nice people! The guest house is close to the city center but still enough far away to have peace. I can recommend the guest house Raguz to anyone who wants to get good value for less money.

Nice place, nice people 

There is not possibility to pay with credit card.
There is not TV in the rooms.
There is not lift and is really unconfortable arrive with luggage.
It is expensive for the kind of room.
Owners dont speak english and it is impossible comunicate with them.
Probably it is an ilegal &quot;hotel&quot; although the owners are always smiling and invite you all the evenings to a homemade liquour.


Not recommendable

Ivan and his wife who are running the guest house were extraordinary friendly. Although they only spoke croatian we communicated perfectly. We had a quiet and clean room and the free wifi was working good. In front of the house are a few parkinglots but as everywhere in Dubrovnik it is very hard to find a vacant one. You can walk to the old town of Dubrovnik in about 15 to 20 minutes.
A highlight is the terrace where you can relax with a nice view on the hills and the cable car.


A wonderful place to stay

Again my husband and I spent a wonderful time at the guest house. Again we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and though our hosts did not speak english or german they made us feel at home. The location is very familiar. We are looking forward to come back.

Eine sehr einfache Unterkunft mit einer schönen Dachterrasse zum Mitbenutzen.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
Dubrovnik eine sehr sehenswerte interessante Stadt.

El apartamento está bien situado, en una zona tranquila a 10 minutos del centro histórico y tiene una gran terraza
La habitación es amplia y luminosa.
Los dueños son muy amables y siempre están pendientes de lo que necesitas. 
Desde el comienzo de la estancia han tenido abundantes detalles. Nos recibieron con un vaso de zumo fresco y nos han ofrecido dulces caseros en un par de ocasiones

Excelente relación calidad precio

The room was very clean and nice and the owners made everything to make us feel at home. There is a nice terrace outside with pretty good views. It is located 15 min walking from the lld town but there is a bus station 1 Min away. Totally recommended.

I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e affabili, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci hanno fornito indicazione ottime per andare a mangiare al ristorante ...senza spendere &quot;una cifra&quot;. Hanno un giardino intorno alla loro proprietà e alle stanze da fare invidia ai parchi più belli, lui e la moglie curano tutto il verde ed inoltre preparano ottimi liquori fatti in casa. La pace e la pulizia sono un ottimo biglietto da visita. Consigliatissimo, anche perchè 2/3 passi a piedi prima di arrivare al centro di Dubrovnik fanno davvero piacere!! Andateci.

El apartamento esta en un sitio bastante tranquilo, no esta en el mismo centro pero lo bueno es que puedes aparcar.

It is a nice and clean house, with double rooms + bathroom, a small fridge and a water-heater. The owner is very kind and the woman is lovely. The house has a beautiful garden and a little supermarket very near. It is well-connected with the beach, the city center and with Tommy's mall. Thanks

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
