This beautiful homey double room offers air conditioning, free WiFi, private bathroom and a magnificent sea view. The room comes with her own parking place. There is a shared kitchenette at guests' disposal fitted with a barbecue, fridge and outdoor dining area.

This double room can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons.

Located just by the sea on Sipan Island, Guest House Simunovic features  a private access to the sea.

Owners of the guest house have an eco-friendly farm in the center of Sipan Island, where they grow organic fruit and vegetables and produce olive oil and goat cheese. Guests benefit from free homemade wine, brandy, liqueurs and juices.

Public parking is provided 10 meters from ferry port..The Simunovic can also organize daily trips.

Nice place to stop and rest.
I think there's more than 300 meters to the Ferry station and the way is not very comfortable
Booking.com doesn't say CLEARLY  when it's possible to pay in cash or credit car.
In that accomodation they prefer cash.

The small, simple and clean guesthouse with very friendly owners, has a very special location and a marvelous view. The crystal clear water and little rocky beach is just a jump away. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the morning for breakfast or in the evening watching across to the little harbour of Sudurad or across to the neighbouring Island Lopud. Sitting together with the other guests made it even more fun and very enjoyable. It was easy to go on different excursions or access nearby restaurants. The owners have am organic farm and also offered delicious local food and wine. A very recommendable place. 

Wonderful location

El sitio es impresionante! Uno de mis sitios preferidos en el mundo y eso que he estado solamente dos dias. El personal es de lo mas agradable, cocinan para ti y te hacen sentir como en casa. Hay una playa &quot;privada&quot; a escasos pasos de la habitación, donde se puede bucear y ver peces en el agua q es casi transparente. Las vistas son increíbles. Es un sitio de lo mas tranquilo, agradable y lindo. Hay un pequeño super cerca, el ferry llega muy cerca tb y la parda del autobus para ir al otro lado de la isla está al lado tb. Hay una cocina exterior para que puedas cocinar lo que quieras. Los dueños hacen vino y otras bebidas y te dejan probar de todo. ¡Me encantó y tengo muchas ganas de volver!

The guest house is not luxurious but adequate and the location is spectacular.
One slight drawback is access it is on a hillside, the low path is rough and the high road is steep with a long flight of steps. if you can get there it's worth it.
The welcome and home cooked and grown food is wonderful.

Loved this place! The owner 'yellow cat' and his wife amazing hosts, loved the breakfast and dinner was amazing! Definitely be going back

Peace and quiet, great location great food

We were greeted with huge bowls of ice cream - a great start. Our room was comfortable. The patio area was superb - good view as in the photo - equipped with a full kitchen and everything needful for us to have our own meals - including 'on the house' wine and spirits. Our hosts would also provide breakfast and/or evening meals using their home grown and prepared ingredients. A short footpath led right to the village [less than ten minutes from the ferry] or left to a small bathing area with gloriously clear water. We had three days of excellent walking and could not imagine a better base.  

An ideal base for a relaxing walking holiday.

The location, the owners, the room... everything was very pleasant!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
