Very good

Beautiful villa with a great view the location was perfect. Would not be good for people who have problems with climbing up steps. Around 30 of them .
We were there for 3 nights and had a lovely time.

Excellent location.

This is very nice house with balcony with great view to old town and the sea. It is very good location, very close to old town, just some 40 stairs up from Ploce gate, which is much less than usually apartments in Dubrovnik. Lot of space in the house, nice terrace. Really suggested and worth on money to stay in such a nice place with great view and so close to old town.

Very great place!

It could not have been better! Above all expectations...
We were travelling from Hvar to Dubrovnick without place to stay and  we booked this house at 22PM, completly aftee hours and where changing messages during our trip that took more time that we thought.
People were extraordinary arranging solutions despite de late hour.
The house is super and very well located, with all the facilities nearby.
The view is fantastic.
I recomend it and will come again for sure

Amazing!

Only 125 steps up from the old city we had a great stay in this spacious house with a groupmof friends.The entire house was at our disposal. We enjoyed the terrace with the view on sea and harbour of Dubrovnik, very pleasant for breakfast and afternoon-drink. We slept very well in the good beds. Enough linnen and towels was provided. Also the kitchen was very well equipped. If we ever go to Dubrovnik again we would prefer to stay in this house. Also very satisfied about the host-organisation.

Great apartment

I can't say enough good things about this HOUSE! It's a HUGE 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a giant dining room, living room, outdoor courtyard and large balcony (that overlooks the City Walls and harbor). The wifi is great throughout the house, the rooms have separate A/C for individual adjustment. It also has a garage if you rent a car (like we did). Best of all, it's an easy 3 minute walk down to the east gate of the old city of Dubrovnik! We were blown away at how great this house was, we wished we were staying longer, not only to enjoy more of the city, but to enjoy all the house had to offer! The property agent met us and gave great advice on things to do in the area!

Fantastic house close to Old City!

Myself and 7 friends stayed in Holiday Home Patricija for 3 nights in August 2017. We were thrilled with the apartment and unanimously agreed that we would definitely stay again should we return to Dubrovnik. Our host met us at the front gate and gave us a tour, excellent advice on where to eat and what kind of things to do, and answered all of our questions. The apartment is well-equipped, with towels, dishes/cutlery, washer/dryer, etc. The apartment was clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely perfect. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Dubrovnik.

Amazing Apartment &amp; Perfect Location

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
